Our service has recently transitioned over to Alphatech for our IT Services, they have supported this in a way that has made the process seamless with little in the way of down time. We needed an internal IT build from the ground up to support a large project for our client. Alphatech not only built this and made it functional as quickly as possible but also managed to provide solutions to other issues faced on the ground after the initial installation. They are punctual, polite and professional in everything they work on and make our lives at XCel Broadcast that much simpler.
As you can see we had an elaborate build with a multi-screen set up which was set up in just over a day. Cabling was done quickly and the network set up equally quick. From everyone at XCel thanks for everything.

After carrying out a review of needs you suggested we look at secure off-site backup for our company data. Whilst we assumed this was something we would never need, it was a good to know we had another back-up in place. How wrong we were, when one day we tried to access our hard drive only to find out it had crashed & died. Not a problem we thought as it's backed up onto another hard drive - again how wrong we were as this had also failed!
Disaster was quickly averted with one call to Alphatech who were quickly able to restore our data from the secure offsite backup. I cannot thank you guys enough & would hate to think what would have happened if we hadn't taken your expert advice. I will continue to happily recommend Alphatech IT Solutions to friends, family and clients, safe in the knowledge that that they can rely on your expert advice & service. Many thanks - keep up the excellent work.

We recently decided to change our IT provider to Alphatech. For our business, IT is probably the most important part of our infrastructure and an IT issue can have massive implications. An IT issue resulting in down time could cost us massively. Rob carried out a review of the systems we had to ensure he could plan everything to make sure it would be a seamless transition. He explained everything clearly so we could understand and advised on some improvements.
We agreed a date and Rob's team transferred everything over with no problems whatsoever. We also moved our Scottish office over to Alphatech and they managed everything remotely and again we had a seamless transition. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alphatech on to clients as I know the service provided would be first class.
