Matt is just like the US removals firm Bekins; their jingle was "Bekins men are careful quick and kind, Bekins takes a load off of your mind". Not too grammatical but yes York IT was just as good, on reflection even better. They sure were quick, reassuring, did the job well and I haven't looked back. One phone call. "Bring it in tomorrow". Job done overnight. Modest charge. Thank you, well done.

All the staff are friendly, approachable, polite and avoid using jargon. Their service was really efficient. While they confirmed that my laptop was beyond repair, their email explaining this was enough evidence for a successful claim with my insurer. So a huge thank you to York IT Services, it was definitely worthwhile going in for an assessment.
