We have a monthly support contract with PCM. We find them to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. In 2 years, we haven't had a problem they couldn't fix. If I'm thinking of buying new hardware, I ask for their advice, and have had some great machines as a result. I sometimes wonder how we ever managed without them.

Always excellent. We started using PCM on a reactive basis, but by using PCM as consultants for new IT developments, we find we have fewer IT problems than we used to. Our IT was one of the most challenging and time-consuming aspects of my job, but now it's very dependable and we can forget about it most of the time. When there are issues (operator error/ignorance) PCM are on hand to resolve things quickly and sympathetically.

After doing a great job of re-designing our website PCM have done a fantastic job of upgrading and replacing all our computers and installing a new server. All this with next to no disruption to business. Matt, Lukasz and the team have done a first rate job and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
