Given my computer limitation only broad objectives were possible everything from planning to completion and TOTAL SUCCESS rested on PC Harmony. Completed work included the setup of a new computer and Bluetooth operated chess board Costs were well below the expected level very happy.

I called Katja when I reset my PC and was struggling to reload the apps that I lost in the process. She came round within 24 hours and soon had everything up and running again. When I need further computer advice I will certainly use PC Harmony again

Many thanks to Katja for sorting two laptops for my family. Two sons had managed to invite some nasty viruses to do strange things and even before this they were not performing well (the laptops not the boys, although.) Katja told me exactly what was needed (in language I understood), how long it would take and at what cost. Expectations were exceeded when both offending devices were returned in quickly in excellent working order, data restored and at a very reasonable cost, with advice thrown in. I have since recommended PC Harmony to some of my friends and their experience is no different to mine. Thanks again!

Katja is a real life-saver, where computers are concerned! She is thorough, reliable and really knows her stuff, but also she's approachable and easy to talk to, without any mystifiying IT jargon! It's great that she'll come and pick up your laptop etc, and drop it off when it's ready, and she is even available evenings and weekends. I thoroughly recommend PCHarmony.
