Service engineers are very professional. It's a hassle free place to send your systems picked up and delivered. I have sent my iMac for a new SSD + cleaning. After receiving my iMac I had some nitpicking issues with the service - but they came forward to correct it and got it sorted. It's bit pricey service but you are sending to someone who's doing this business for over 25 years. Thank You

Thank heavens for Richard at IT-Repairs Hereford. I'm well to the west of 60 and find the whole business of computers really daunting. Richard's professionalism and quiet confidence is very reassuring. Even Macs can go awry but a visit to Richard and the laptop is rectified. Last week I had panic about upgrades. I called Richard who talked me through the problem and its solution then sent me links to an app that was able to sort the problem.

After a catastrophic Fusion drive failure in my iMac, I was afraid I would have to save up for a new computer. However, after contacting IT-Repairs, a much more cost-effective solution was agreed, and within a few days I had a working machine again. Given how Apple devices are not geared towards user repair, I wanted to entrust replacing the failed internal components to a competent company.
Ive been using Macs for 35 years, and have dealt with many service centres in that time.
I recommend IT-Repairs unreservedly as the most reasonably priced, efficient and communicative Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Should I encounter any Mac issues in the future, I will go straight back to IT-Repairs without hesitation.

I have recently used IT-Repairs to fit a new battery to my MacBook Pro and I am pleased to say that I cannot fault the service. As I do not live near Hereford my appointment was timed to suit me, a factor that was very important. I was also advised as soon as it was ready to be collected and that was within the suggested time frame. I hope that I will never have to but would not hesitate to use them again. Thoroughly recommended

My laptop was so old (and broken) and I was worried I had lost all of my photos. But the team here did the most fantastic job - they were kind, efficient, and got everything off the laptop and to me in under a week. Searched the area for an iMac upgrade and these guys were the quickest to respond and most reasonably priced. Booking was available next day and had the computer back working like new within 3 days. Great service, fast turnaround and very user friendly. Would recommend and will use again when the need arises

My hard drive containing my entire photo and video collection failed. Luckily I managed to back up the collection to a new external drive. That drive became corrupted before i made additional backup copies(lesson learned) I was devastated! IT- Repairs took in both hard drives and managed to retrieve the entire library from the original broken drive and made a copy of it on a brand new hard drive for me.
I now have made several copies of my data. And I have all of my memories of family etc safely back on my computer. Communication was very prompt and all very professional! This is the second time I've used their services for computer problems that I was sure wouldn't be fixable but both times they have succeeded with no problems! Great service highly recommended!

It's very hard to find anybody that repairs Apple products that makes you feel confident that they know what they're doing. My iMac had stopped loading properly. I called IT repairs and Richard felt that the hard drive would need replacing. I delivered it to their office Thursday afternoon, it was tested and repairs necessary were confirmed by text and a phone call - it was fixed and up and running within 36 hours (with a weekend in between).
All backups were installed with just a day missing so I really have nothing but praise for the fast and efficient service I received from all members of staff at IT repairs. Next time I drop my iPhone or need anything Mac related repaired, I'll go to them first, as I know that with confidence, if it can be repaired, they will do it properly and very quickly.

While replacing the hard disk and restoring all the data, IT-Repairs recommended more RAM and a few other tweaks. Back home my 7-year old iMac felt like a new machine! I also appreciated the opportunity to check that my email and dropbox accounts were working again before leaving the premises. When my MAC next needs any work doing on it, I would have no hesitation in returning to IT-Repairs.

My iMac needed an upgrade. Richard rang me the same day he received it to give me details of what needed doing and the cost. The work was done much more quickly than I had expected. I found him very efficient, businesslike and (important but often underestimated!) incredibly patient at answering my email queries about the unfamiliar messages and instructions I encountered on the screen when I got my upgraded computer back home.
