Rob and Jenny were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The service was very fast, they even collect and return to your door. It's also really helpful that they give you a quote upfront after taking a quick look. I was in need of a new keyboard as mine had got damaged, this was replaced quick and efficiently. When this caused the battery to slip out and not work, the team was more than happy to come and collect my laptop and rectify the issue. I would definitely recommend Oxford IT solutions.

I contacted Oxford IT Solutions as my laptop is quite old and we were struggling to do anything on it. It was really slow, no memory, I couldnt load anything and any task was a chore. They were very accommodating and flexible in either dropping off or picking up from us. I dropped it off and I had a very quick response with details of what they could do. They updated my laptop and cleared any unused info on there.
I got it back quickly and its like new. Excellent price which they quoted me beforehand and they also answered random IT questions I had. I highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to contact them again when needed. I have also mentioned them to others as they are in the same boat.

I used Rob at Oxford I.T Solutions when my P.C had a virus and I was really concerned about losing precious photographs. Rob was able to rescue all my data/photo's and helped to advise me on a better system of back up so it would not be a concern again.
