I had my laptop booked in for several minor repairs and I got it back with all issues fixed. The technician who handled it was professional and polite throughout, my only minor complaint was that it took a bit longer than expected and a couple of times I was told I would be contacted on a certain date with an update and I had to chase it myself. This is however a minor complaint and the most important bit, the repair of my laptop was done just as promised at a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and respectful when I visited last week. They offered to fix my phone for a much lower price than the other shops I've visited and I didn't have to wait for long before receiving my phone back. I would definitely recommend that everybody goes to this store as their prices are very competitive and the customer service is excellent!
