I had an issue with my mobile phone and called ahead to try and make sure it wouldnt be a wasted trip for either of us. Ryan was very helpful & reassuring and gave costs of potential repairs and also mentioned it could just be a quick clean. Sure enough only a clean was needed and there was no charge- I was delighted & bought two of the reindeer decorations as a way of payment, which are absolutely wonderful as well by the way! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend & will certainly use again myself in future!

Went in to unlock my s8 and he said it could take a minimum of 4 hours maybe 8 so that would take it to the next day. Hour and half later I get a call saying it's done. The guy was very helpful and reasonably priced also. Would recommend

Great service today from Alsager Computers for my iPhone screen repair. They fitted me in to do it last minute, repaired it really quickly, at a great price. I will be returning, although hopefully not too soon as I will endeavour to drop my phone less!

I have had a laptop keyboard and several iphone screens replaced over the past few months. First class repairs done in only a few hours. The two Guys who run Alsager Computers are always very polite and helpful. I also recently had a charging problem and Ryan kindly took time to do a few checks and explain the issue, without charge. So if you have any issues with your computer/tablets/or iphones then I highly recommend this local very efficient service.

Paid 160 for my phone to be repaired and they broke it even more and blamed it on me, horrible customer service from the guy called Ryan is very rude and defiantly doesn't know what he's doing. As a whole i'd say stay far away from this place since they take your money and don't even fix your phone and treat you like you have no clue what your saying, and also get some better staff which actually know how to treat customers.
