My organisation had been suffering with some IT issues and whilst I know how to turn things off and on again, my skills were not adequate for the job. After having discussions with several IT support companies S2 were the only company to give a site visit, they presented their findings and discovered our shortfalls and were able to rectify those. We have got some ground in on-going issues with slightly older equipment - they are not ready for the scrapheap yet and S2 are helping us to get the most of them before we have to buy new IT. I have found them to be always helpful and really quick. I know my organisation is not the only one they look after, but I have always been made to feel like Royalty.

We were a little reluctant to make changes to our systems however with Andy's expert guidance we have and now work more efficiently. If we ever have an issue we know Andy and his team are at the end of the phone and, if already busy, will get back to us promptly.
