Excellent service and would highly recommend. I dropped my touchscreen laptop and the screen no longer worked. I popped in on a Saturday afternoon expecting to have to leave my laptop for repair but the guy in store did the repair while I waited. He explained the risks and the possibility of the screen breaking when removing it and how much the replacement would be should it break. Luck was on my side as it didnt break and all working again. So glad I went to Atlantis.

I brought my computer to Atlantis because it was having overheating and fan issues, and they had it fixed in no time. The service was exceptionalthe staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options. They walked me through each step of the process as they were doing the repair. What a brilliant bloke, my phone disabled itself took it in yesterday, he sorted it all out free off charge. Plus it took him past his closing time Will definitely be our phone repair shop from now on. It's difficult to find a trusty, reliable repair shop, especially when you've read so many bad experiences with so many other places. Thank you

Very poor service. I took my phone in to get a screen repaired and was firstly told it would take a couple of days to fix. It eventually got fixed after 1 week. After 1 1/2 days of having the phone back, the screen had already show signs of cracks at the side despite not even leaving the house. I took this back and the woman at the desk refused to have anything to do with it and didn't even offer any form of discount to get it fixed. She was very rude and dismissive. Paying 75 for a screen and it breaking 52 hours later is not reasonable quality. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely outstanding service on my Huawei Ascend Mate 7. Cracked screen and bent phone back and work was completed in the shortest possible time considering the back had to be ordered from Germany, and the result seems better than what the phone was when first purchased! Very friendly staff, always giving updates when requested. Nothing bad at all. Definitely go here for your phone repairs

I visited on Tuesday after a quick chat (and some fast and helpful responses from them on social media) to get my iPad mini 1 looked at, as it was having some charging issues and not actually holding any charge. Drop off took less than 15 minutes, with an exploratory clean done at no charge in front of the friend who took it in for me. This didn't solve it, but the technician was friendly and asked for it to be left with him, which we did.
I was updated on Tuesday evening via Facebook Messenger to let me know that my iPad was now holding charge, had had a bent pin straightened in the charge port , and as long as it was charged fully by the morning, would be ready for collection, which i was chuffed with given I had provisionally been told a repair may take 2 days — still fairly speedy in my opinion.
Sure enough, i received a message the next morning to say that my iPad was ready to collect, and as there was a small chance the fix was not long term, there would be no charge, not even for labour. Three days in and things are holding up well. I highly recommend these guys for their care, honesty, and affordability, and would certainly go back to them for any longer term fixes!

In recent months I have dropped into Atlantis a couple of times and received loads of excellent, expert - and free - advice about my troublesome laptop and Android mobile from Denny, who would not take any payment for his time. A couple of weeks ago, I took my wife's Apple monitor in there as it was apparently dead. Denny & Co were able to fix it quickly and inexpensively - it was all down to a loose wire. Atlantis is my first stop for any advice or repairs to laptops or mobile phones.

Absolutely excellent service. I must have been there for about an hour while the technician took his time and initiative to repair several parts of my iPhone 6 Plus which fell into the sink. He also fixed my fuzzy camera by using one from a damaged phone he had in his shop. There was no charge! The banter was superb. 🤣Thank you fabulous tech Magicians. 🌼

Amazing, kind and honest. My daughter's Apple iPhone 7plus just got stuck on the Apple screen. Not working or functioning at all. One trip....and these lovely people got her phone working. Also it needed some thing which they said there was no charge for......unbeknownst to them my husband and my daughter's Dad has just died....phones for teenagers can just tip the balance. The gentleman on the phone and in-store....was simply honest kind and acted in honour. Commendable...and I thankyou.
