Since Chris sold the company the new people waste of time wanted help with a Epson printer as they are a Epson service centre two emails two phone mess left no response. What a shame Chris was fantastic we will miss him

As a family run business ourselves we know how customer service is key! Well Computer Plus just go above and beyond every time! We always purchase our pc's and printers from them and this week they have proven why we do that! Our printer was faulty, i contacted them asking to have a service and repair the issue we had... they contacted Epsom on our behalf and sorted out a replacement in LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!! They are just amazing, thank you so much!!

Staff are brilliant here tried to fix my printer but it was terminal. Sold me an alternative printer and knocked sone money off because they had not managed to fix my printer. Beware of using cheap inks it ruined my printer.
