I spilt water all over my laptop just before an important deadline and called here to see if they could help. Steve was very honest and straight forward, advising me on minimising the damage and being realistic about the minimal chances of repair. He also went above and beyond to help send me a few essential documents for my deadline and was able to recover the rest of my data quickly. The fee for data recovery was very reasonable, and they also have a policy of no fix no fee. I highly recommend this very integruous, honest, and efficient business!

Excellent service from start to finish - honest, reliable, and prompt. The trackpad on my laptop was jumping so Steven ran a full diagnostics on it and unfortunately it will need a new trackpad, but all avenues were explored and solutions provided, including just using a mouse, or a new trackpad fitting. I wouldn't now go anywhere else with any future computer issues. Also handy it is so local. Thanks Steven
