Had a fantastic experience with Gary. He replaced my CPU cooler, added an extra 1TB SSD, gave the whole PC a deep clean and ran stress tests to make sure everything was stable, all within 24 hours. Very thorough and clearly knows what he's doing. He gave really solid advice too, with excellent communication. 5* Fantastic at getting a new screen added onto my laptop, It was dropped off late on a Friday night and then was ready for collection the following Saturday, reasonable priced for the work, so was happy with this! Took my pc to Gary earlier this week, really great service he was really honest and told me what he would be able to do, which he did promptly and for a really excellent price.

Gary at PC Refix saved my device! I have a ROG Ally X that needed some soldering work done on the motherboard, took the device to many other shops trying to find someone who can fix this but PC Refix was the only one able to offer a fix. Professional yet friendly, and took about one week only to get it sorted out, which super fast for a task this delicate and now my device is working again a 100%.
Bear in mind that the nearest place to do motherboard soldering and fixes I was recommended was all the way south of London.

Gary contacted me and took detailed information of the issues my laptop had. I found him very knowledgeable and he explained very clearly what the problem was. He then offered me options of whether to repair the laptop or replace with refurbished one. I then chose to go ahead with refurbished one which was exactly very similar to the old laptop and found it very convenient. Overall, he was very professional, reliable and approachable. I'm really impressed with the service he provided. I would definitely recommend his service.

Gary responded quickly to a repair request & came out of his way to collect my broken laptop. Diagnosed the problem & fixed it in a reasonable time frame & when complete, delivered it back to me personally. Very good service at a decent price (saved me buying a new laptop) and Gary was very personable. I will use again & would recommend his services.

I cannot recommend Gary at PC Refix highly enough. First class service from start to finish. I had a very tricky, intermittent issue with my laptop connecting to my WiFi and Gary really took the time to listen and resolve the issue. Gary is the one to call if you have any problems with your pc . Very knowledgeable and just by me explaining what the situation is, he pointed out what could be causing the problem and what he will potentially have to do to fix it. He was also very fast with resolving further issues that came later on. This is the best customer service I've experienced. And great prices too.

My Lenovo Yoga laptop suddenly developed charging problems. Gary was able to diagnose the real problem and fix it, at an affordable price, within the short time frame I gave him.
