Simon has given us Brilliant service from getting back onto the internet and showing me how to better use my laptop. He also advised me on the right printer to get which is now up and running. So I had a trojan its now no more but on its departure and subsequent windows update laughingly sent my laptop spiralling into the black void of the perpetual spinning wait a minute white circle of soon destroyed optimism .A day of head scratching and looking at the laptop attitude adjuster hammer, We found Simon who agreed the best way was to wipe and reinstall which he did very efficiently and at a price very worth it. Simon was quick to respond to my request for help. Nothing was too much trouble and he even collected the laptop from my house when he realised it wasnt going to be a quick fix.I really appreciated his honesty throughout and him calling in favours with colleagues elsewhere to help diagnose and fix the problem. He truly went above and beyond to help sort the issue, and do what he could to keep the bill low. The final bill was a fraction of the cost I had anticipated paying and he even delivered the laptop back to our address. The service was exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone with IT problems. Thank you Simon once again for all your help, and fixing our Mac laptop!
