This is the best experience you could possibly have when getting your machine repaired or upgraded. I got my ram changed here and i had a blast. Rob was amazing he ran me through everything he did, kept it fun and entertaining and was real with me instead of sugarcoating all the faults. Even me sucking at fortnite . Will come again and recommend to anyone who needs some work done on their machines.

Easily the best laptop repair service I've used. My brand new Vivobook Asus died on me barely a year after purchasing and nothing would get it on. I dropped this of to Robbie at 5pm and he had it back to life within 3 hours. He was fully transparent at every stage on the issue, broke down parts and labour costs and sent pictures and videos as he made the repair - he even very kindly did a laptop service and clean including removing all the dust and cleaning the fans and laptop and applying good quality thermal paste which had completely dried out (hence the laptop overheating!). Highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable, trustworthy and very fairly priced service!

This shop is located within a community centre, in what could be called a start-up incubator. Do not look at the shop window or at the decoration. The atmosphere looks more like a computing club.
It is amazing to see only dithyrambic comments on Google. We were asked and influenced to post a 5-star review. This twists the results.
In terms of delivery, a computer repair was done spot on, with expertise and the human touch. What else to ask for.

Rob was super helpful and super chill person. They fixed my laptop. It wouldnt turn on and like the screen and lid was messed and they fixed it. They didnt charge for a diagnostic and were very professional. They only charged what they had to and made the whole process easy. Id definitely recommend to other people if you want a hassle free computer and laptop fix

Right, so I never normally bother with reviews, but Rob and Niladri deserve one. I managed to completely ruin my laptop and was in full panic mode. Called Rob, and in five minutes flat he not only explained what Id done to the poor thing but also gave me proper advice on how to fix it. Compare that to the other shops I called, where it felt like I was annoying them just by asking, and honestly, it was night and day.
To make matters worse, I had no money to throw at it and barely any time. Most shops either laughed me off or told me itd take a week just to get the parts in. Rob and Niladri actually listened, worked around my budget and somehow turned it around in four days. Ive no idea how they managed it. Dark magic, maybe.
What I loved most is you can tell they actually care. Theyre not just clocking in to fix a laptop, they genuinely enjoy what they do and want to make sure youre sorted. That passion comes through, and it makes the whole thing so much less stressful.
So, big thank you to Rob and Niladri. You saved my laptop, my wallet and probably my sanity. Five stars really isnt enough. If you want people who know their stuff, actually put the customer first, and wont make you feel like an idiot for breaking your own laptop, go to them. Theyre absolute legends.

The services were great , impeccable attitude towards the customer astoundingly informative and the maintenance and repairs that were preformed on my laptop were stellar. I had tlmy laptop serviced by MSI directly before and honestly the job preformed by them was disappointing and it has even damaged my product further. The guys at the centre were able to not only fix the issues but also give me advice on what should be changed in the future to ensure the functionality of my laptop at a great price. I have payed 140 for a simple change of battery before at MSI and the battery didn't hold but for the same amount of money I had my whole laptop fixed. Thanks again !! Highly recommended service

I was truly impressed with the service that Rob provided. I took in a laptop with a damaged screen and within 24hours Rob had ordered a new screen and replaced the old broken one. I would give Rob and the service he provided 6 stars if the option was available. Will 100% be sending more work Robs way. Throughly, throughly impressed, would definitely have no reservations in recommending.

My nephew built his own budget gaming PC using all his 13th birthday money in July. Sadly while building it one component shorted another so he was left with a bricked PC. Cue Rob and co!! We handed the PC over to them and by the next day my nephews PC was up and running! Birthday saved! I was taken aback at how cheap the service was as instead of replacing entire peripherals (GPUs etc) they were able to run diagnostics and fix and replace shorted components (capacitors/chips etc). Their approach is not only good for our wallets but good for the environment too since there is less waste! Would 100% recommend!
