Fantastic service, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
I managed to get locked out of my Tablet and was unable to get back in/perform factory reset. They said they would have a look and if unable to get into it then I wouldn't be charged for the time. They managed to perform a factory reset for me - cost was 65.00, well worth the cost.
I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone else.

Amazing service from LC Computers.
Booked my water damaged laptop in for collection by an engineer, they recovered the hard drive and transferred to a case to run as an external drive. It was available for return within 3 days. Can't thank them enough for saving all my data and photos which I thought were lost. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service and fast turnaround.

I use LC Computers for all of my I.T support. I have used them multiple times with problems ranging from screen replacements to service and upgrades. There customer service is exceptional, pricing is clear and transparent and every time I have sent off laptops i normally get them back within a few days meaning minimum downtime or disruption to my business.
Overall I'm Incredibly satisfied with Ruth and her team and would have no problem recommending them to my friends.

Couldn't recommend Michael at LC computers enough. Fixed my laptop in a couple of days! Hard drive was completely dead. He sorted me out with a new one and managed to save all of my data! (I've definitely learnt my lesson, back up all data!) Laptop was also picked up and returned to me.

Just picked up my Hp laptop which was running painfully slow and constantly crashing on excel losing valuable data. L C Computers not only recovered all the data, but also installed a new hard drive which was like having a brand new laptop with lighting speed. They also provided me with invaluable advice on backing up important documents. I've used these guys in the past and this recent visit just reassures me they are leaders at repairs, customer service and being competitively priced. Thanks again.
