Took my Kindle to shop on Friday, with a problem with the on off button. Man behind desk said come back in 15-20 minutes. Returned with man saying it was all working now. Went to the phone repair doc this morning with an issue with my samsung flip phone. Looked at it straight away and after spending some time on it advised of an issue within the screen. Advised unless insured not cost effective to repair. 1st class service/advice and didn't charge for their time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing! Have had all of the family's devices looked after by Paul and team since he started as iPod Repair Doctor from his house. Nothing is too much trouble and they've done wonders with reviving phones, tablets, games consoles etc, fitting screen protectors, and lots of advice and guidance. We've also bought a number of refurbished phones from them, with a particular shout out to Calum for his help and advice, and my son recently bought a refurbished Apple Watch to wear to college.

When i get a phone or computer problem! Visited Phone Repair Doctor on 20 Jan 24 with my elderly mother and her iPad, which was losing its charge and we thought needed a new battery. The very helpful chap checked the health of the battery, which was fine, checked and changed some settings and recommended we give it another try. Excellent service and he refused payment. I am very appreciative for this honest and friendly customer service. Thanks again.

I had dropped my laptop this morning, and It was not responsive no matter what keys I pressed. I took the laptop in to Phone Repair Doctor. The young man at the desk took the laptop to have a look at it, and within a couple of minutes returned it working. When i asked how much I owed, I was told "Nothing". This kindness needs to be recognised as a thank you, s0this is my way of doing so.

So had trouble with my iPhone keyboard randomly typing words so not been able to use it much lately, booked into Apple Genius Bar and quoted nearly 300 quid for a new screen and without phone for 4 days, as the coating apparently wears after a while and needs to be sent away, politely refused and phoned Phone Repair Doctor Waterlooville, told me to take it down with 1 hour left before closing. New screen, works perfectly for less than a third of the price. Amazing service, very reasonable and super friendly.

Had and IPhone that wouldnt charge and was completely unresponsive. Following diagnosis of the charging port and board, it was a potentially expensive problem with the board. I just needed the data for a new phone, the whole team were great, keeping me informed of the status and progress, they were able to retrieve the data and after a couple of issues were able to transfer it to my new phone.
Very professional and polite at all times, updates were timely and responsive to requests for updates and options, all completed in quick time. Big thank you to the team, thoroughly recommended.

Just got my iPhone back, back glass repaired 1/3 of the price quoted by apple and a deep clean of speaker and charger socket that hasnt worked for months included in the price which Ive purchased several wireless chargers for. It would have been cheaper for me to go to the phone doctor sooner. You live and learn.

I recently just got my screen replaced on my Iphone here and they were very efficient and friendly. I did have to return three days later just because my phone was lagging slightly while typing after it had been done. However they were amazing and fixed it straight away. Now works perfectly. Will definitely be returning in the future if I need any other phone repairs due to how helpful and professional they were.

Having been here a few times before with my daughters iPhones being fixed now it was my turn. My iPhone XR wasnt charging properly so took it to be fixed, told it could be one of two things. Given quotes for both. As I had brilliant service before I knew it was going to be fixed honestly. Within an hour I received a phone call (landline) from the polite young lady working at the desk. I needed a cracked camera lens replacing on my iPhone. I was expecting huge cost and inconvenience! I made an enquiry to repair a 4th gen ipod and they were very prompt in response. Alas I decided not to go ahead because the cost to repair was not much less than getting a 6th gen ipod from ebay. All the same they were extremely helpful and I would like to see them again about repairs to other tech I have in the future

Replacement of iPhone battery. Paul gave full details of the replacement battery, and his price was good value - and all done in half an hour. Initially I was a little unsure never having replaced a battery before but all concerns were unfounded. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for the way they go about their business. Absolutely amazing service. I contacted them via email and asked if they were able to fit Screen Protectors, they responded really quickly and efficiently. It's nice to have a company that actually bothers to get back to you. I took my phone in to have a screen protector fitted and it was all done and dusted in 10 minutes Very friendly staff. These guys are amazing, I completely bent and smashed my iPhone 8 by shutting in the boot door of my car, HARD! I honestly thought it was irreparable! But my brother in law recommended I take it to this shop just to see, so I did and in less than 24 hours my phone is like new! I live in Chichester so this was quite a drive, but totally worth it, and a very reasonably priced repair, considering what I did to it! I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend this repair shop, such friendly and helpful people! A++++++++ 500 stars

I recently lost my phone then found it squashed after it had been run over. Devastated that I hadn't backed my photos up, I was sure they couldn't be retrieved but went in the Phone Doctor on recommendation and I was amazed they did manage to retrieve them and put on a card for me. The service was friendly and professional. I would recommend them for any phone problems, or even just advice.

Fantastic service. I installed a sim card when first bought my wife's mobile. Unfortunately, I didn't use the supplied tray, I tried for a year on and off to take it out and install it properly, all to no avail! We recently bought new sim cards, so it really had to come out. TOOK IT TO PHONE REPAIR DOCTOR IN WATERLOOVILLE - DONE IN 10 MINUTES------THANK YOU!

My iPhone had been playing up for a while and then died completely. I contacted Apple support to find out how much a diagnostics would be and was quoted 249. My phone probably wasnt even worth this amount. I had heard of iPhone doctor and decided to take it there. I thought the phone would be beyond repair but wanted to obtain any data/photos etc that was on it. I got a call explaining that it simply needed a new screen. So my phone is now up and running again and all it cost was 60. Good honest service.would highly recommend.

Phone Repair Doctor! Lost the pin to my phone so i could not use it just hours before i was due in for a hip operation in hospital, major panic! Although it was a tough request as i was short for time, It was all restored and unlocked again for me. You will not find a better mobile phone repair service around. Really good service. I sent an email and got a reply saying they could help so took the phone in and 24 hours later it was done. Clear pricing and if I had booked it probably would have been sorted in an hour. Really like the 8.30am opening do I could pop in before work. Will use again and won't bother dealing with Apple ever again when the phone is not working.

Excellent, We thought iPhone had reached the end of the road and had already been on providers websites to check out cost of upgrading or taking out another contract. iPhone Repair Doctor were brilliant! we had 2 faults, dropped in soup and external damage. What a fantastic company. I had a smashed iphone screen and they repaired it within 30 minutes. The staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. I decided i needed a new case to protect my newly repaired phone, and i was offer a range of products, but was given information as to what was best for me and not just guided to the most expensive product.
