I went looking for one of their locations in Camden which turned out to be a private residence that can only receive customers by appointment, there is a shop access the other side of London. I did speak with a member of staff on the phone who was very helpful with advice etc.

I couldn't thank the team at Mac Repair London more for their services. As a music producer, I need to be able to use my Mac for a wide range of intricate tasks. I had issues with my MagSafe charge port burning out on my mid 2012 MacBook, which was fixed and replaced the next day. Furthermore they went out of their way to reposition the pins inside and also replaced my trackpad and cables free of charge after I had an issue with them. Very happy with their work and service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys :

A fantastic service, this team really know their Macs. We had a broken iMac mechanical hard drive, they quickly managed to recover two years' worth of PhD material and replace with a solid state drive. I can recommend very highly.
