When an elderly family member was the victim of a scam, Eddie was very fast to respond. He came round to fix the computer and make sure it was safe to use and explained everything that he was doing in simple language. An extremely knowledgable IT professional who was also friendly, polite, respectful and patient. He answered all of our questions, gave some great advice, and made sure our family member felt at ease. He also made a follow up courtesy visit to check that everything was OK and running smoothly! A first class service from a trustworthy and reliable person who I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. The service was well-priced too.
