Jacob a very nice man visited us looking at our old computer, we had decided we needed a new computer as the old one was struggling with our new internet. He assessed our needs and worked out we didn't need anything fancy. He called again to deliver the new computer. He went through everything with me explaining things as he went. He was very clear and spoke in English and NOT computer speak. He did a very good job. The installation was quickly done very much to my liking, excellent all the way.

Fantastic Company, Bowland IT have provided the IT support for my companies for 18 months now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I found this local firm via Facebook. Absolutely amazing service from recommendations, price, advice and support. I know nothing techie but my son's PC (to his v. specific spec) is apparently "the greatest machine ever" and I won't shop anywhere else. I am blown away by the amazing service I have received from this fabulous company. My refurbished laptop arrived today and it's like a brand new laptop! Since contacting the company last week i have had regular communication and Ollie has made things so easy for me. even breaking my invoice down into 2 separate invoices. Nothing is too much. trouble and from my very first telephone conversation with Ollie I felt very comfortable.

I am not a techno expert and do need help and so Ollie set up my new laptop for me so I could use it straight away. It was delivered this morning and I was kept informed every step of they way. I had to ask for help for something today and Ollie duly obliged on the team viewer and everything was sorted out for me. I am so grateful that I went to a local company who offer such a personal service. I feel very confident that this will continue. Highly recommended.

Absolutley amazing! My mac is 10 years old and needed a new RAM. Ollie was able to pick my Mac up and not only fit the new RAM and check it but I was able to get it back within half a day! Totally amazing and would 100% recommend! Service 100% Price 100%

Just purchased a refurb Laptop. Cant argue with the cost especially with Windows 10 loaded. Save yourself a fortune, dont use one of the big sheds, use Bowland It. Fast efficient service

Absolutely superb service from beginning to end (with an extended warranty of 2 years as well - 1 year longer than the other retailers I've researched). Sourced and supplied exactly the specification of desktop PC we were after without trying to upsell or push us into buying (I don't respond well to a hard sell!) Even delivered and installed for us. Trustworthy, reliable and bespoke service that I would definitely recommend to others - and have done twice already! I can only think that the 1 poor review is a jealous competitor making liablous comments! Rest assured you can buy with confidence to receive an exceptional personalised customer service.

Oliver has been a god send to me, I don't know where I'd be without him I'm so glad he decided to set his business up in the Hodder Valley. I've bought everything I needed from him and he came to my home and set everything up. Oliver has very patiently been giving me lessons and has also repaired my phone screen and my friends as I managed to drop them both! A really fast efficient service. The equipment was collected from home, repaired overnight, and returned next day as promised. The issue with the MacBook had been diagnosed, sorted, and is now running quickly again. Well done. We will certainly recommend to friends.
