Pierre dealt with the replacement of my laptop perfectly, all data was transferred and the new machine was set up exactly how I wanted. Despite a delay with the courier Pierre communicated the progress throughout. All for a sensible price. I thoroughly recommend System Restore UK.

Spilt a lot of coffee on my laptop. Thought it was going to be a write-off as it completely stopped working about an hour later. System Restore UK managed to fix it and I picked it up the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using in the future if I have any issues.

So I went in there on the browse for an off chance of making my over crowded desk more user friendly. I was greeted politely and not only was I informed beforehand of my purchases but if they had a display they showed me it and let me get a feel. I added two photos ignore my screen wallpapers I'm a photographer and that's my art. As you can see I upgraded to a smaller (mechanical) keyboard. A more snug (hand fitting) mouse and a small desk matt. Decided to go with the same brand. (looks better) Then I enquired about monitors which weren't in store but I was given great advice on Monitors that would suit my needs and could be delivered in the store the next working day. So I brought one there and then. Will Definately go back. I wanna enquire about parts and cable management.

Buying a computer or components can be pretty intimidating these days, but coming to someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Pierre makes it so easy. He works to your budget, he sources high quality components (and doesn't overcharge for them) and builds a beautiful machine. I have been meaning to write this review for 3 years now. I first visited Pierre in 2018 and he helped me build a beautiful i7 desktop, he helped me pick parts and was so knowledgeable on everything I needed and more. Not only was Pierre knowledgeable but he managed to source all the parts for very reasonable prices. 3 years later I went back to change my GPU and even with the massive hike in prices recently Pierre still offers an amazing price for the 30 series, he isn't trying to take advantage of the massive demand and it is just another reason he is the only person I will trust with my PC or its parts. Just had a Gaming PC made, expectations were high but when I got a call 9 days early, I couldn't believe what was waiting for me. This pc looks like it come from a futuristic sci-fi movie, something from the International space station. The build come in under budget and I can't believe how it turned out. 5 stars isn't enough I'm so happy with this. I'll never go anywhere else. See you in 12 months for a service.

Thank you to Pierre and his top customer service, which has saved me from potentially months of waiting to get a new card. I have been without a computer for two months as my 2080ti died. Pierre was able to source me a 3070 within approximately a week. Its lucky my brother lives in the area as I live in Plymouth. Amazing service. Brought system restore a gaming pc which needed some desperate TLC. This included cleaning the unit, fitting an AIO and replacing all the fans within the pc. Amazing service, free advice and to top it off I was given a discount. A 'wedding gift' from the shop! In terms of turn around time, I rang the store in the morning and by the afternoon it was fixed and ready to go (6 hours roughly) - If you want a trustworthy, friendly and reliable service for your pc needs.. Great customer service, they managed to get me a RTX 3090 within a week of me calling them to try and locate one. The price was standard retail price even though I was expecting to pay more. I think it says a lot about the integrity of this store that they have managed to shut down scalpers and have continued to sell at a reasonable price when in reality these guys could chuck these online and sell at a nasty inflated price. I will 100% be buying my computer parts from these guys going forward.

Have used System Restore twice - was there last week as my laptop web cam didn't work. He had a look and said leave it with me. Was ready to pick up same day for a reasonable price! Also took the same laptop a few years ago when I spilt water all over it - somehow got it working again! Would really recommend these guys for their service, knowledge and price

Amazing service - custom built a machine for my teenage son last year. Woke thismorning to a faulty fan. One phone call all sorted took machine over - contactless - fixed while we waited int he car. Came to the shop to upgrade my PC, got the parts sorted in a day and had it built for collection for under 500 within 1 week. Went from having a pretty crap PC that could barely run Overwatch on low settings to an absolute beast of a PC that can run R6S on high end settings. Super helpful and talkative service, i'd recommend them for anyone seeking an upgrade to their Gaming PC.

I have recently dealt with two other high street pc stores System Restore leaves them in the dust make me a custom built PC. Pierre is so helpful with instant help & advice also provides a PC repair service by taking over & rectifylng a fault on line over the phone leaves Virgin Media Gadget Rescue again in the dust SR a far superior service well done
