Extremely friendly service and a seamless repair of my HP laptop, which had completely failed to start. Given the urgency as I was leaving London shortly, they managed to fix it within just a couple of days. Highly efficient and accommodating.

My Razer blade laptop was broken and sent it to my local shop in Edinburgh and they didn't want to touch it. So sent it to razer factor in germany had terrible problems with customs because of Brexit and razer service team incompetence. Got in touch with these guys and they were so helpful fix the issue in days! all data fully restored laptop in great working condition. I can't thank you guys enough. updated all the way though great communication. even got a good price on a used laptop charge that I needed. thanks again.

Very friendly and smooth repair of my HP laptop which wasn't turning up at all. We needed it fixed ASAP as I was leaving London in a couple of days and they did it for me within couple of days.

My 2 and half year old laptop was running extremely slow I spoke to bilal he explained possible reasons of slowness took my laptop to his workshop within 24 hours he identified fault was mix of infection and slow read/write ageing HDD which was upgraded with SSD and now it works even more faster than new, excellent job very pleased with results, thanks

Great service! I had liquid damage on my laptop, so took it in to ITFIX it. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Bill took my laptop apart whilst I was there and was immediately able to decipher how bad the problem was. He talked me through what my options were and how much each would cost and what he would recommend. I decided to replace the keyboard, it cost 80, which I've since heard is very reasonable.
I got a phone call two days later to say it was repaired. When I came in Bill showed me it was in working order and even connected my new wireless mouse for me. I'd also emailed in the interim to ask about the mouse and he had responded straight away with advice. I highly recommend the service!
