What a difference a day makes! My elderly iMac was very slow in starting up. Not only could I make and drink a cuppa before it came to life, but also take a dog for a very long walk too.
Taking advice from George I now have a restored to health and fast operating iMac again. Thanks too to the helpful and enthusiastic team. Definitely will use again.

I needed to upgrade my iMac and came across Mac Repairs Herts. I went through my requirements and was very impressed at their knowledge, they didn't try and upsell me with things I didn't need and pricing was competitive. Being self employed I was concerned about down time whilst the work was carried out but they turned my machine around within the time specified. My iMac absolutely flies now and I am so thankfully to George and Henry. Would highly recommend

George and the team are amazing. I work for myself & run my business from my mac so when it crashed after an OS upgrade I was stuffed. The team acted fast, gave me great advice and service and saved me hundreds of pounds by rebuilding, and improving, my old machine. They saved all of my data and got me working again in 2 days. They are also lovely to deal with.nothing like the old IT 'no help' desk I experienced in my old job! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent all round. The service was efficient, professional and felt very personal. I was struggling with a slow and clunky iMac - bouncing icons and freezing apps were making it a misery to use. George was extremely knowledgeable, able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and then offer a solution to put things right. I had my machine back within 2 days and My iMac is faster and more responsive now than the day I got it brand new! George is a lovely bloke that will make you feel looked after and reassured. When Apple were ready to wipe my laptop, George and his team spent an entire weekend doing everything he could to recover my important data, and at a fraction of expected costs. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough, I would give 6 stars if I could!

After spilling water on my new MacBook Air, I was able to call George at 9:30pm that night and schedule to drop it off the very next day. He provided me with so much information about the cleaning and repair process and I really appreciate that they only charge you if they are able to fix it. Including the time it took to order and replace a part, he was able to have my laptop ready for pick up in just a few days. George has been a life saver twice! Ive had two screens repaired on my MacBook Pro this year both with a really short turn around. This was essential as I use it for work. Communication was prompt, friendly, reassuring. The service was second to none. I have not had any issues and they even replaced a faded key on my laptop and gave me a hard shell to protect my laptop from dinks as a gesture of good will !

After going over and giving them my laptop to fix, they were able to get it back to me the very next day. The communication was quick and clear and they kept me up to date with everything. We had a Mac that we bought in 2015 and it was running really slowly. Having been to the Apple store, I was told that I might only get 150 part exchange and that a comparable new Mac was going to cost me 1500. I was recommended to Mac Repairs by my father in law and when I spoke to Miles, he knew exactly what the problem was and that I could just upgrade the hardware. I booked it in the next day and after just a couple of days it was ready.
My Mac is now running like a dream and Miles has been very helpful, just at the end of the phone when I have a question. I spent a few hundred pounds but my machine has the hardware and capability of a 2K Mac.
