I highly recommend John at technical Merritt. He was so helpful and the fact they don't charge if they can't fix it makes me want to get all my IT issues sorted there as I know he's trustworthy. He managed to fix a very broken chromebook and retrieved my data from an old desktop. I will be recommending him to everyone and never look anywhere else.

Looking for someone to build my Gaming PC and "Technical Merritt" did just that for me :) Found "Technical Merritt" via Google after a Local PC Building Company let me down (RL Supplies) so I emailed John about what happened and what I needed doing and when he saw the email called (with a clear English voice) and asked what needed doing. Which I then told him I needed the parts picking up, building/ windows installed and delivered back as I have no means of transport. which he understood and said was fine and asked me when am I (Myself) free so he could pick it all up as well as letting me know about the prices which was great.

I needed a new SSD fitted and data transferred from a current SSD on to the newly fitted SSD. When I spoke to John he was very personable and said not only could he get it done in two hours, but asked for my budget on the new SSD and ordered one for me. John completed all the work in the time he had stated, I picked up my PC on the same day that I dropped it off and he even gave my PC a good old clean.

When I returned to pick up my PC, John explained what he had done, navigated me to where he had backed up my data and how to delete it. He also gave me advice on cleaning a hot spot I needed to keep an eye on in the power unit and how to keep that filter clean, to protect my PC from damage. Amazing service and John went the extra mile in everything that he did. John will now be the only engineer I use for all my pc upgrades and I highly recommend him for all your PC needs. Just had my Laptop serviced as I hadnt used it for over a year it was in desperate need of updating I needed to use it while we are at home, but it was running slowly with lots of pop ups ect,
I have had it back for a few days and it is running better then it ever has, I had an issue trying to open something as I needed to update adobe, unsure how I called John at Technical Merritt and he helped me out by accessing my laptop remotely and showed me what to do. I have used them for other devices and have been given advice in the past before purchasing certain electronic devices
