Replaced the charging port on my iPhone7. Very friendly and helpful when I was explaining the issue I was having with charging cables being loose. Fitted a new charging port within an hour or so, and now the phone is good as new! I highly recommend We Solve All.

Having taken my sons PS4 to a local repair shop only to be told it was unfixable. We decided to try We Solve All who confirmed that it was indeed a broken HDMI port as suspected. I don' write reviews but I had to. I just wanted to get a phone 7 battery changed I told the guy I lived 40 mins away and he understood and told me to bring it in. took it in 1 hour later and they done a battery replacement within 30 mins for me, service was incredible from the guy behind the counter, very polite and cheerful. this is defiantly not my closest phone shop but will only take my phones here from now, Keep up the good service!

Needed a back glass replacement on my S9+ having dropped it from a height (even with decent phone cover it still splintered). Turned up at store at 8.30am, technician began at 9am and phone fixed and returned by 09.25. Very accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend. Also clean and repair games consoles.

Phone battery issue. Good chat with store staff, suggested a solution. Phone taken in to the store - new battery fitted quickly and checked all OK. Told any further issues to get back to them. Needed my iPad screen repaired. Rang on the Friday, was told they had screen in stock. So took my iPad in first thing Saturday morning, was quoted a price ( which was very fair) and left it for repair. Was contacted at 2 in the afternoon to say was all done and ready to collect. IPhone 6S+ battery replacement I called We Solve All in the morning to check that they had a new battery in stock to fit my trusty iPhone 6S+. I took the phone to the shop in the afternoon and 40 minutes later it was returned with a new battery and the charging port cleaned out. Excellent value for money at 30. Speedy, friendly, knowledgeable staff and parking is available right outside. What more would you want? Couldn't be better

They explained they would need to order the part in (which we knew) but they did try to find an alternative to get it sorted quicker for us. I had a problem with my Sony Xperia - the battery expanded and lifted the screen off. We Solve All got a replacement battery within a day and fitted it the day after. It wasn't easy as the old battery was in quite a state, but it was fixed and works perfectly with no loss of data. Very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I built my own PC not too long ago and for some reason the graphics card wasn't working properly. I was recommended to go to We Solve All from PC World and I'm glad I did. They were really nice and helpful throughout the process of diagnosing and troubleshooting, answering phone calls and emails really swiftly. Ultimately, my PC works all fine now and that is largely due to We Solve All. Super professional staff and would recommend for any tech-related needs!

Brilliant service from this company. I called to describe the fault with our iPad, I was directed to their outlet at Lowestoft which was more convenient. My wife dropped it over to them at 8.30 in the morning and she received at message to say the new screen had been fitted by mid afternoon. The work that was carried out was first class, looks like new again, thank you.

Above and beyond 5 stars! I dropped my phone and the screen broke and although I have phone insurance to replace the cracked screen they would have wiped my phone, meaning I would lose 6 months of memories. Because the screen was fully broken I was unable to unlock the device to allow it to sync to my laptop. We Solve All listened to my problem. and said they could order a replacement screen to allow me access to the phone and it's apps, uploaded my content to my laptop and then put the old screen back on for me to return under my insurance.

All for the 35 data transfer fee even though they went to all the time and effort to order in and change the screens over for me. It was easy to book online and the staff were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming to them for any future phone or computer issues. Thankyou

What a pleasure it is to deal with a company that offer such a excellent service I called them to see if they were able to fix my iPad that had suddenly gone completely blank, I was told to bring it in and they would have a look at it for free and they will contact me once they find what's wrong, within an hour they rang me to say it was ready as it only needed resetting and was only going to cost 10, I would recommend this company for its honesty and reliable excellent service many thanks Trevor Claxton

I had my iPhone 6s battery changed. I booked Sunday evening for Monday repair slot. They where so friendly, fast and helpful. Collected from my home at a time that worked with me and buy the time I cooked and ate dinner my phone was returned to me fully working! I highly recommend We Solve All! Fantastic service above and beyond ! The fan in my laptop broke and as someone with a hidden disabllity I rely on the laptop to keep me in touch with family and friends, buying groceries, banking and so much more. The laptop was picked up on a Wednesday morning and returned the following Tuesday...unfortunately the new fan took longer to arrive than expected. Both John who collected and returned that laptop and Jake who put up with my calls about it all were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and very, very kind. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced too.

Cant recommend these guys enough. Had an iPad with a smashed screen and an iPhone with what I thought was a broken charger port. They gave me a quote and the next day collected the items. The following day they rang to say not only were they repaired but the phone didnt need a new charger port just a clean so it was actually 10 less than quoted. I paid over the phone and my items were back on my doorstep around an hour later. Fab service.

I'd give 10 stars if possible, I couldn't recommend it enough! Great customer service and efficient phone fix, and at a very good price too! Quality of service was fantastic and professional, and Paul is very friendly and really invested in helping customers. My Huawei P30 broke with a black / unresponsive screen, and I had no idea if it was even possible to retrieve my data back from it. I called and immediately it was picked up by Paul (the owner) who talked me through the options and was able to fully fix it the next day!

Communication via the phone was very prompt and helpful, he fixed my problem in a much quicker timeframe than I'd thought and he did the job perfectly. Especially during COVID-19, I'm very lucky to have come across them and definitely will be using We Solve All if needed again in the future!

The guys at We Solve All are absolutely wonderful. I contacted the company regarding a broken HDMI port on my ps4. When the guys founs out I was a nurse, they collected the PS4 and fixed it within the same day. To top it all off - they would not let me pay! They have donated aome money as a company towards repairs for NHS staff. It was an amazing gesture and I am feeling so grateful. It really did make me feel so happy. Now during my days off, I can access my tv apps or play games with my family, which is wonderful. So a massive massive thanks to you all

Took my daughters disabled Ipad into the shop today. Very friendly and honest staff. iPad fixed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend a visit if u have any problems with your phones or devices. There is free parking outside of the shop.

So these guys are honestly amazing they fixed my girlfriends Mac book when apple said it was beyond repair for 40 and then the fixed my PS4 for 35 when I thought it was beyond saving sounded like a jet engine truly good at what they do and really friendly made me feel really welcome cant recommend them enough

Took my wife's Samsung S7 for an LCD screen replacement. Unfortunately after picking it up the LCD screen became faulty. Returned to the shop and screen was replaced again the same day. Great service.
