Deran was fantastic. Kind, friendly, very quick and efficient. I called for a repair for my sons PC. I was unsure at first, as I haven't had to do anything like this before. As soon as I spoke to Deran, I felt a sense of relief. I dropped the PC, Deran said he'd call with more information and to discuss the cost. Within an hr I received pictures of my sons PC working and stating he had found the problem.

The power supply had given up. Fortunately Deran was able to replace it. He did offer the opportunity to find our own replacement, but we we very happy with the price and had the PC back an hour later. My son is over the moon to be playing on his PC again. Thank you Deran. I have no doubt we will be using D7 logic again in the future. I have already recommended to a friend. If you have a PC problem, I'd highly recommend taking it to D7 logic.

After a horrific experience involving a computer shop who broke three of my motherboards over the course of two months, I took my PC to Deran as the highest rated engineer in the region. I was not disappointed. Not only was the price so reasonable I insisted on paying more, but he was consultative at every stage of the build. Every little detail from cable tidiness to innovative design ideas were accompanied with pictures, ideas and advice.

He advised on all the broken parts that needed replacing, helped select the parts then installed them often late into the evening. I've worked in tech firms for 8 years, hand on heart his professionalism outpaces engineers I've come across at Google and IBM. If your local to west London this is truly your one stop shop for your gaming and computer repair/building needs. Building a PC myself went smoothly (so I thought) however when it came to the software-side of things, I was stuck. I'd been playing around in my BIOS for some time and Googling solutions just wasn't working. So I decided to contact D7Logic. I had booked an appointment on their website and within half an hour received a call from Deran to talk about the problems with the PC.

After the call, I texted him my address and within 30 minutes, Deran picked the PC up and took it to start working on it (I didn't have access to a vehicle to drive to D7Logic). He kept me updated throughout the day on how fixing it was going. I mentioned earlier how I thought building the PC was smooth however Deran was able to point out and correct mistakes I'd made during the installation (of the NVMe drive to be exact).

After the fix, Deran was able to drop the PC off to me later that day and even after I'd paid him, I was still able to contact him for support on moving some of my files about. Will 100% be using D7Logic in the future if I have any more problems!

I called Deren as someckeys on my laptop did not work. Deren told me what the problem was. He then told me what keyboard i needed and i ordered one. I then took the new keyboard and laptop to Deren and he repaired it for me. The price he charged me was very good and the service was excellent. When I cheekily emailed with another question a couple of months later, he again assisted me (for free) and advised me on a product that would solve the problem. The 5 star reviews don't surprise me at all, he is miles ahead of other local IT companies and will be my first and only choice for any IT queries I ever have!

Very professional service which I highly recommend to anyone looking to solve a PC issue. I have attempted to build a PC by myself and have failed at the beginning but with Daren's help, I have managed to build a high-end PC, gaining the hands-on experience as an added benefit; will definitely be coming back in the future with other technical queries. I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I received from Deran and D7Logic. I called with regards to a scrolling issue I was having on my laptop and within no time I had a reply from Deran and he resolved the issue on the same night.I would wholeheartedly recommend D7Logic for any repairs you might need as the service was excellent and I now know who to go to should I have any IT issues in the future.

Deran was incredibly responsive on Whatsapp, generous with his time, and flexible regarding workign time. My Laptop was over heating terribly and hard drive making clicking noises. I called D7Logic and the technician came on same day to repair it. He cleaned my laptop and replaced my hard drive with a fresh installation of Windows 7 and everything is working perfectly now and fast. Prices are seriously unbeatable and I would have spent more than £100 somewhere else. Very friendly and honest service. Thanks again!

My computer had gone crazy. The mouse had become non-functional. Documents were moving all over the screen and a large loop kept appearing as well as the on screen keyboard. It was mayhem. The guy is a genius. He revamped my 10 year old PC and recovered my data when I thought all was lost. Now it is working like a brand new computer. I took my laptop to Deran as it was not working properly.
