Friendly and responsive and the repair seems to have been done well. I only gave 4 stars because I think they could have been more honest about the turnaround times and contacted me when they said they would. A few tips. Hand in your item for assessment in the morning and assume you will leave it over night. Don't wait be contacted but rather contact them for a follow up a or to arrange next steps.

I had an issue with my MSI laptop and i thought that is something serious but guys from Computer Being made a diagnostic and didn't find any issues with hardware. They did it for free. Thx a lot. Probably is the operative system problem or a driver from GPU.

These folks are AMAZING. I had a network driver fail (catastrophic if you're visiting London for research) & called their number bc I needed to get this fixed quickly. They were great on the phone & asked me to bring my laptop in (assuring me there is no cost for diagnostic work). Constantine fixed the problem within minutes. And, here's the kicker, said there was no cost.

I had a second fail & once again he fixed it for nothing. Not only do these folks know what they're doing, but they are not interested in making a buck. They will even teach you how to make fixes yourself. Don't let the address fool you - these folks are legit. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Constantine & co!

Really impressive service by Computer Being - called and had a meeting scheduled immediately for 2 days later. Lewis was very polite and knowledgeable - fixed my issue within 20 minutes from attending and gave me some spare cables without asking for any extra money. Great service. I was so worried when my macbook stopped working after i spilled coffee. They re assured me they could get it working again, and in around a weeks time, they got everything to repair it and it like it was as good as new.

Very nice people working here. I accidentally spilled coffee on my Lenovo Yoga and it would not turn on anymore. My first thought was that it was gone forever and wanted to recover my files. To my suprise not only were they able to do that but they repaired my laptop within a week at a very reasonable price!

My old laptop had become really slow and Constantine turned it into a superfast beast by replacing the hard drive with an SSD and reinstalling the operating system. He turned it around in 48 hours and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I'll definitely consider going back next time I've got a similar job.

I upgraded 3 of my laptops by adding a solid state drive and more RAM after their recommendation and I could not have made a better choice. They perform better than when they were new! Also the upgrade was done within 2 days.

Very quick 2 day turnaround for a broken laptop. Constantine managed to recover the data off a failing hard drive, and then sourced a very unusual HD from Spain to complete the fix. Overall, very impressive, and the price was extremely reasonable!

My experience from Constantine from Computer Being was very positive. He reacted quickly and solved our problem in a fast manner. He is straight to the point guy and offers honest advice. If we have any issues in the future we shall definitely use Computer Being again.

We share a four storey house and had constant Wi-Fi signal problems. Tried a few solutions unsuccessfully until the issue became impossible to try and ignore. The guys at Computer Being took a look at our requirements and implemented a Wi-Fi installation that is nothing sort of miraculous. My only regret is that I did not call them earlier.
