They were able to fix my old MacBook and installed a new hard drive and managed to transport all my data successfully which is amazing as I didnt have any backup for my huge catalogue of songs and files. Every time I take my laptop to this place I am blown away by how easy it is. They are always friendly, they take the time to understand your specific needs, and discuss all the options that you have, even if you are a total technophobe like me. I have had a general cleanup of my laptop, they have helped me with a virus problem, and have changed my hard drive as well. Each time I think my laptop is beyond help they return it to me as good as new!
