Well! What an absolute joy it was to contact, Apple-Bay. I've had an imac display issue for so long, that if I didn't receive a satisfactory response or advice, I was planning to give up on the imac for good. It was a very simple cure, and also highlighted the deeper issue. I'm very grateful for the help and advice that was given.

This is the best and most reliable tech shop I've been to. They do just about everything and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. I've bought 3 MacBooks from this place and recommended them to everyone of my friends it's a shame there isn't one in London but hopefully soon. This man is a magician at fixing computers would 100% recommend!

My MacBook had issues with the battery and wasn't turning on. I took it to Apple Bay for a battery replacement where I was served by Josh and Gonzo. Within the next day, the battery was replaced and the MacBook was delivered to my house which I was really impressed about. Josh was excellent and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Really great service from the guys at Apple Bay. I would highly recommend!

This is THE place to go for mac repairs and second hand machines in top shape and at great prices. Gonzalo is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also ask him about his pizza ovens and metal work. He's got talent!

Just incredible, came to these guys through a recommendation. Apple told me my laptop would be 1500 to repair, and take 3 weeks. These guys did it for 350 and it too under a week.

Amazing service, great value. We were in crisis with a MacBook that had crashed and permissions corrupted with all work inaccessible 24 hours before a big deadline. We went down at 15 minutes noticed and they had sorted it within an hour and a half, they did all they could to minimise the repair cost Nd gave us great advice to stop the issue happening again.

Amazing repair service, Josh and Gonzo were really helpful. I took my MacBook Pro to Apple Bay as it was running slow and within minutes they gave me the best advice I needed. They upgraded my hard drive to an SSD and it worked like a charm! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Great value for money and very friendly staff

Had an absolutely amazing experience with this company from start to finish. Sold my macbook pro 16 and received the full quoted price. They quoted me the best price out of all the competition by far. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I'm so impressed with the level of customer service Apple Bay provides! I went into the shop on a Monday afternoon with an iMac that just died on me and they were able to replace my hard-drive, restore my time machine back up and repair another faulty external HD all ready for me to pick up next morning. They were also very generous with their time and extremely willing to offer me all the advice I needed! 11/10 for their stress free service :

My Mac Pro packed up on Saturday. Took it into Apple-Bay this morning and hadn’t even got home when I got a call to say it was mended. It’s my work computer and so such a good service when something goes wrong is really important. I have used Apple-Bay for some years and strongly recommend them .

I have never dealt with such a responsive, helpful , professional company. The sale of my iMac went through smoothly from first contact on the website to settlement of the full amount quoted into my bank account. So nice to deal with such lovely people!

Wow. I cannot recommend Gonzalo at Apple-Bay enough. A very stressful situation (regarding my MacBook Pro dying on me for no reason) to a positive outcome! Not only did he allow me to come in the shops on a Saturday when they are closed but he also fixed my laptop first time. Nothing was too much of an issue. I live in Sheffield but was going to pick up from my mums down there over xmas when visiting family however due to covid i was unable to come down so they sent it to my house for free it’s my first macbook perfect condition aswell! I can't say enough good things about these guys. They total saved me. My Mac Pro 3.1 had died beyond repair and they worked all day on it retrieve my data, copy it on my old machine and then upgrade my old machine so I could carry on the work I was doing and I was up and running by the end of the day. They are thorough, honest and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there next time I need some help.

What is there not to like , great service and incredibly good rates , i almost lost everything including over 200.000 music files , my hard drive failed in my Mac book pro. A new SSD fitted and all data transferred for £180 which is a real bargain , I will certainly be using them again with out a doubt !

Having decided to upgrade my 2010 Mac I looked at a number of potential suppliers including ebay and Gumtree. Came across Apple Bay by chance and decided to buy a second hand but quite recent and well specified system. But alas it was out of stock, I had a quite short telephone conversation with their techie and was guided to an alternative, but cheaper system.

I was offered a good memory upgrade (from 8 to 32.Gb) at a very good price. I bought it and am delighted, fast delivery, good specification and price. The system also looks brand new.

Best most honest apple specialists in the area!! I will definitely be dealing with them again whenever I need anything mac! Customer service was exceptional and pricing was very reasonable!!! Would recommend to anyone

After an unsatisfactory purchase of a 2015 MacBook Pro from a well known re-seller which I returned because of it's poor condition, I contacted this company which I found on the net. I phoned the company on Friday morning speaking to a lady and gentleman explaining what I needed. They had the particular MacBook Pro in stock which I wished to buy. I asked if it could be arranged to be delivered to me on Saturday morning and they went out of their way to see that it was despatched by courier to arrive this morning.

The MacBook is in excellent condition and looks like new and I am extremely happy with it. I cannot emphasise enough what a pleasure it was dealing with this business and I would certainly recommend them for quality of service and quality of product

My MacBook Pro 2011 could not be repaired and I really did not want to buy new. Apple Bay was most helpful and were very easy to get hold of and speak with They provided me with a similar MacBook to mine transferred all data from MacBook onto a new 500gb SSD. Then shipped both old and new macbooks and all for £410. The refurbished one is Like new and is 4 times faster. Do give them a call as you will not be disappointed!!!

Called in today as I had a problem with my iphone not charging. Thank you so much Gonzalo you solved the problem quickly and efficiently insisting that there was' no charge' I really do appreciate your help and friendly advice.

The customer experience has to be exceptional to get me to write a review, and here it really was. My late 2011 MacBook Pro developed a problem which I diagnosed as a disk issue. Having bought a new drive, I tried to restore from Time Machine (yes, I had a backup!) but the MacBook only saw the drive intermittently. When the trackpad stopped working when I was in the recovery mode, I decided that it must be a hardware error, and took it to AppleBay after reading the reviews. Turning up at 4pm on Friday, I thought I'd have to leave it for a couple of weeks - but not a bit of it.

My MacBook was plugged into the Apple servers and diagnostics run there and then in front of me, and then the back taken off to diagnose a cable failure (who knew?!). This was duly replaced, but in doing that, bare wires to one of the fans were discovered as well as a pinched wire to the DVD drive. This must have happened when the logic board was replaced under warranty by Apple about three years ago. Replacing the fan cables needed solder work under the microscope, and then the DVD drive was replaced by my new hard drive, so I now have two SSDs in the laptop. 70 minutes faster arriving, I was walking out with my MacBook better than it ever was. And the charge was *so* reasonable, that I added 25%! I am one delighted customer.

My MacBook Pro had a serious but intermittent fault - the worst type to diagnose and fix. After researching my options I decided to take it to Gonzalo at Apple Bay, and I am so glad I did. This guy really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the fault immediately and did a board level repair, and at the same time fixed a couple of other minor faults, and all at a very reasonable cost.

I bought a iMac from Apple-bay. All the team were amazing and really helpful. I love my iMac and John was amazing explaining how the. iMac worked. Would deffintley recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a water damaged laptop that i fort was useless . I came to apple bay and met Gonzalo and Patricia . The customer service was outstanding. They had a nice chat with me and didn't just try to get me in and out the door like most places . I returned the next day to collect my full working laptop I was amazed and I told them I was starting my own company. No I have Patricia helping me with a website . Couldn't recommend this company enough. They really go the extra mile .

Was recommended Apple-Bay by a family member, I'm heartily impressed with the outstanding service yesterday. A drive and memory upgrade provided in double quick time (time pre-arranged I hasten to add). Customer service the way it should be ! Will definitely use again and happily recommend to others!

Have been dealing with Apple Bay for the past year, nothing is too much trouble and the price for the work they do is brilliant, they've now upgraded 4 or 5 of my customers iMac's from HDD to SSD giving a great improvement for not much money! Work always completed quickly and you'd not know the machines have been opened up.

Mac Book dropped off at 1pm fixed and ready for collection at 4pm top people top service. fully recommended

Popped in today with an Airbook that was saying NO WIFI HARDWARE INSTALLED. I had tried all the fixes on google with no joy. After initially saying this could be an expensive fix, It was repaired within minutes. No parts required and no money taken. Excellent service, definitely would go back there again. Thanks guys.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! The kindest man ever Gonzalo helped my poor Mac to get back to life. He stayed after hours on Friday to help me and it was done in less than an hour! I cant thank him enough ! Highly recommended

I have to say that the level of customer service was well beyond expectations I took my imac in after 1pm and had a call at 4.30 saying it was fixed and all data saved despite Apple store saying nothing could be done. I thoroughly recommend this company and won't go anywhere else.

After coming up against a problem with my old IMac and not having a solution Apple-Bay helped me out no end! Refurbished Mac built in less than 24hrs and now I'm back recording!

If you like round Camberley and need ANYTHING fixed on your Mac or iphone, these guys are pretty amazing! Brilliant service, really nice people - friendly and efficient. Great value too, £15 to replace back cover and genuine apple parts!

I purchased a MacBook which was in very good condition. They were very helpful and did everything they said they would do, they even went that little bit further. I have confidence in them and hence I had confidence in what they sold me. They both knew there stuff - I would have no worries about buying from them again.

I have used Apple Bay to both purchase and fix my Apple equipment. I have purchased a laptop from them and had my iPhone fixed on two occasions. All dealings with them have been excellent good prices and quick service, just what I need to enable me to carry on with my business.

I visited Apple-Bay after comparing their review rating with the Basingstoke store. I had a malfunctioning iPad and had more or less resigned myself to having to replace it. Apple-Bay sorted the problem within a few minutes. The repairer was extremely courteous and efficient and the overall experience could not have been better.

Regardless of the fact Apple Bay's technician fixed my Mac Pro quickly and even improved it's performance during the service, the overall quality of service was exceptional; from the friendly manner of the operator to the technician's vast knowledge of my Mac. Apple Bay's team were patient and exceptionally helpful, not attempting to up-sell additional services but recommending things I could do myself to improve my Mac's performance tenfold. I've not experienced service like this for years, motivating me to write this review.

I’m really happy with this service. At the weekend I arranged for my Mac to be collected on the Monday, by the Thursday payment for my Mac was in my account. They also pay the best price I could find online. Brilliant!

Sold my Mac to this company, I got a good price and unlike some of their online competitors I was not messed about. On the contrary I agreed the sale online while they were undergoing a store move so they were unable to progress the matter at that time. When they could they had stopped taking my model due to new Apple releases, but honoured the deal anyway.Nice to know there are companies that care about their customers and their own reputation.
