Exceptional in every way. Lee rang back almost immediately, collected my dead laptop and told me what was wrong the same evening. Had it for a day and kept me fully informed about what was wrong and ideas for fixing (and improving) it and brought it back the next morning. Service like this is all too rare these days. He's also a very nice chap to talk to and deal with. Strongly recommend.

Outstanding service from Lee who helped with my daughters iMac, I never even had to leave my house! Lee came the following day from a phone call and identified the problem and took the iMac to his workshop and fixed and returned the iMac to us the following day! absolutely fantastic service and We would thoroughly recommend, Thank you so very much Lee, my daughter can start her Uni studies with confidence and a fast iMac all working with the latest software.

A very quick response, a quick review of the problem and the computer was taken away for repair on Tuesday afternoon and returned Thursday morning.
