Paid 1400 for a custom built gaming PC and i'm overwhelmed with the service received. When I sent my initial email outlining what I wanted I also contacted another local business with the same question. I chose The Little Computer Shop not only because their time estimate was much more reasonable but also because they used much higher quality parts in the build. Even now weeks/months after purchase if I have any technical queries or need help with setting anything up I simply drop them an email and I get a response within a matter of minutes. By far one of the most honest and trustworthy businesses in the area. I'll definitely be using their services again when looking for an upgrade.

I highly recommend The Little Computer Shop! I contacted them last week because my laptop had died. Right from my initial phonecall I felt that I was in good hands, due to their excellent customer service. I brought my laptop in to be assessed and a couple of days later they contacted me and took me through what they'd found and my next options. Again I felt that my laptop and I were being very well looked after.
Sadly the hard drive was not recoverable but I felt that I was given all the information I needed on returning it and claiming under the warranty. All this great service - with a smile - and no charge! Spread the word - a computer repair shop that's a pleasure to do business with!

Serviced my computer as it was overheating and shutting down. They replaced several fans and checked the water cooling system as well as some general maintenance. Very helpful with advice as I'm looking for a gaming pc for grandchildren. A very reasonable price for work down. 5 * service.

My old computer totally quit after 10 years of great service Over that time I had saved lots of personal treasured items on hard drive. Found this little shop of treasures on the internet Took it to Nico on Monday morning by Tuesday afternoon back up with a faster reconditioned model with all my stuff added to boot! Howard installed a new pic and router which he linked up to my printer and IPad. The system now works at a super fast rate. Previously I had trouble receiving wifi throughout the house which has thick walls, but he fixed that too. His advice was sensible and geared to my specific needs. Nothing was too much trouble and all this at a very reasonable price. Recommended without reservation.

I'm A professional photographer, & can't be without my desktop computer. I had a major breakdown. I contacted the shop, they examined it & found the fault. They sent off for a new power unit and within 24 hrs, I had my computer back. They also cleaned the computer. It used to take about 2 minutes to boot, now it boots up in about 20 seconds. I found Howard the owner very friendly, & can't thank him enough. The service they gave me was second to none, & the cost our the repair was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend "The Little Computer Shop" for a fast reliable service.
