Really appreciated cheery customer service and helpful attitude. Thank you for mending my laptop so quickly at a moments notice. My heart sank when all my network connections vanished first day into a two week break away from home and our normal IT supprt. Glad to be back up and running and connected to work - windows updates have a lot to answer for!

My old laptop recently failed after several years. I went to Border computers and the excellent Callum ordered me a new laptop. Plus with no fuss transferred all my data and email accounts over on to the new device. Really excellent and friendly service - buy local I say. You get a first rate service and makes life much easier.

Twice this year I have had a problem with my IPad. Being totally useless and having no clue about technology I took it to Josh. Very polite, patient, and definitely not patronising when I said I only pressed a button! Leave it with me. Fixed both times, quickly and not too pricey. Really lucky to have such a good service right here in Ludlow!
