A lot was at stake for me as I had inadvertently deleted my Outlook archives located on my laptop's hard drive, and needed to restore a back up copy. These archives spanned over 20 years. Robert made himself available on a (rainy) Sunday, found the root cause of the problem, and used an online conversion tool to restore the back up. Trustworthy, nice and professional.

Comms and attempts to fix the issue was first rate. Unfortunately, due to the need to install a new (updated) version of MS Office, we decided to ditch the repair/update and, instead, go for a brand new laptop. Really helpful guy, was able to come to my house within an hour of calling. He had to take my laptop away to fix it but called me several times to inform me with what was going on with it and how much longer it would take. Very flexible and knows exactly what he is doing, would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable guy who can work around your schedule for a reasonable price.
