My Xbox series x had a damaged HD port, Microsoft quote to repair it was unrealistic charge of 285. I'm so happy I found WG IT, professional service and repair, Warren ( very passionate about his business) kept me informed about the repair and even sent me photos regarding the process. The cost was only 75 very cheap compared with Microsoft. By using WG IT we encouraging and supporting honest local businesses.

Something a bit different my kincarp bc151 fish finder packed up and wouldn't switch on. after speaking to a few bait boat repair experts and fishing friends the answer was to replace it, I wasn't going give up as I believed it might be possible to fix it. After a little Search I found WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services being not to far I thought I would contact them, I'm glad I did as warren was willing to have a look and diagnose and find out what the problem was, ticket system was great with updates and pictures of the problem components, warren explained in simple terms so I could understand what the problem was, it was a bit of a tricky one but he come up with a solution and in no time it was fixed, I was over the moon great customer service and a great guy all round I would highly recommend this company.

The service I received from WG IT Computers and Console repair services was fantastic. Absolutely professional In every way, great ticketing system that kept me informed of every step and progress of the repair. This began with a SMS to confirm the booking and also the location of the store and a follow up email. All the things I need to bring or not bring as well and any other information I should be aware of.

Consistent updates from the start of repair and even high quality photos and details of the issue and the solution applied. The turn around time was super quick and their price was the cheapest. I was educated on the cause of the issue and the solution that would be applied to fix it. All in all, it was worth the 40min round trip and I would very likely make that journey over local repair stores closer to me. I am super happy and would be contacting them first and foremost with my tech repair.

Absolutely top service. Dropped off my Macbook Air for a firmware password reset and it was done within a day. Warren explained exactly what needed to happen and was highly professional. I'll be recommending WG IT to any friends or colleagues that need computer help in the future.

We went to get my son' s PS4 fixed This guy is incredible, checked his console in mins and gave us honest solution. He didn't charge us single penny as console was okay only remote need to be changed. I am pretty sure if we have gone to any other place, they would have taken some money. Moreover he seems to be extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Someone who's running a good honest business, is not trying to rob you (in 2021), is extremely competent in the field and offers excellent costumer service! Extremely pleased. Due to an update error, my laptop was turning on but no display, black screen. The team from WG IT Computer explained everything from the first point, with easy ways of communication afterwards. I happened upon WG IT on google after spending a huge amount of time trying to diagnose an issue I was having with my laptop. I thought I needed a bios reflash but after warren explained to me what that involved I decided against it and thought the best thing to do is start again and reformat. From start to finish warrens service was so far above what I had expected that I trusted him enough to do a full service of the machine and have it re-thermal pasted and cleaned etc.

He also did a proper wipe of the harddrive using diskkill software. Since recieving the laptop back it runs like run again and much cooler than before and although unrelated to the work warren did I managed to fix my issue too!Thanks so much warren, another customer for life!

Warren is a highly competent engineer. He diagnosed my machine fairly quickly and displayed a high level of knowledge on the architecture of the PS4 which inspires confidence. My issue was resolved speedily, along with excellent communication from Warren. The frequent ticket updates are brilliant and informative.

I finally found a person who will be repairing all my electronics devises from now on. Warren and his wife were extremely polite, really fantastic people and one lovely cat . I had a issue with my PS4 and contacted warren. From the beginning he was so helpful and advised me to bring my console to him. He fixed the issue on the spot with other things I.E my iPads etc. 10/10 service and honest too.

Cambridge Minx M5 controller for computer speakers. The USB socket broke away from the circuit board of the controller. No other companies were interested in trying to repair it until I spoke to WG IT. I explained the issue to Warren and he suggested I send the controller to the company. I cannot fault the service I received. Fast turnaround, fantastic repair and very reasonable value.

Warren has repaired several items for me. I am a Private Health Care Practitioner and my equipment is both expensive and vital to my work. Warren has been able to diagnose the problem with my equipment and repair it without the need for me to send it back to the manufacturers and lose it for over a week on top of the repair time. In addition he is efficient, reliable and very fair with his pricing.

WG IT are amazing! We've been to Warren multiple times with different electronics. We've had our PS4 and TV fixed by him for a reasonable price and excellent service. I recommend him to all my friends and family and they've all been pleased with the service provided.

Contacted Warren and advised that my xbox had died. After a bit of tooing and froing on line, he suggested I bring the box over. He investigated and got back to me the following day with what was wrong, quoted £50 and said he could probably fix it but because it was ld it wasn't guaranteed he could do so. I left it with him and he contacted me again 3 days later that it was working. Re-soldered dry joints and something to do with tiny balls of lead - I'm sure he could explain it better than me! I would suggest people use him if they have any problems. I would definately use him again.

My PS4 had dropped and my hdmi socket was completely moved out of place - tried plugging it back in but to no avail, there was no display on my screen. I got in contact with Warren (the owner) to explain my problem, he was super friendly and super helpful - he quoted me a price on the phone and I headed down to his workshop where he repaired my hdmi socket to a premium degree within an hour.

I paid an extra tenner to get it done within the hour and it was definitely worth it as I only paid £50 in total! Everywhere was quoting me ridiculous prices, starting at 70-80 quid with a turnaround of 3-5 working days. I'm a very happy PS4 gamer again thanks to Warren and I definitely recommend his services to anyone with IT problems. A very happy customer.

Had a broken Toshiba tv, they picked it up and returned it for me and it was repaired it over weekend and the repair was very reasonable, would defiantly recommend and will use again.

Technician picked up, fixed and returned my laptop within 24 hours - including a door-to-door service. Not much more, you can ask for really. Also was discounted as a returning customer, definitely recommend this company - which is saying something because I don't like providing feedback anywhere!

Absolutely brilliant. I came to WG IT with a modded irregular controller for the PS4. After the assessment, I was told that he did not have the part needed, but would happily order the part (which in fact turned out to be a better part than fitted originally!) which came in 2 days and was then fixed and given to me in 3, at a very reasonable price.

I am thoroughly happy with the result, and I will notify all friends & family of this man who clearly has a great passion for quality as well as customer service. Do not go out of business my friend!

Very happy with the service I received. My PS4 needed a clean out of all the dust it had acquired over the years and the thermal paste replaced. It was all done in an hour and a half for a very reasonable price. I was even offered a discount as there wasn't as much dust inside as expected. Can't say fairer than that! Warren sorted the main board assy for my TV on short notice; very professional, helpful service and reasonable price. I would definetely come back for any type of micro-board/soldering work.

I took my PS4 after it had crashed and would not start back up again and constantly giving an error code. Error code SU-30645-8 kept coming up and prevented the PS4 from starting. This error code was never resolved by anyone else who I took the console to, however WG IT Computers resolved the problem for me after many, many hours of trial and error work and fully reinstated the PS4 to a fully working and usable console. I would most definitely recommend WG IT Computers to anyone, they truly do offer a 5 star service.

I had a problem with my apple air. When it took it to storm in Romford liberties. They told me it needed. Some special hard drive and some other thing wrong with it and it was going me around 600 and was not worth repairing. I told the technician This and he said to leave it with him to have a look at it. He was amazing he repaired it with out replacing any parts.

He had the best opportunity to take advantage of me as he know what the apple shop in Romford was going to charge me. He done it just for a service charge. If you want honest and reliable. His your man. Thanks again

Had a problem with my MacBook Pro, called wg it, they picked it up and quoted me quickly. Thay installed new hard drive and new system on, now works like new, well pleased, would recommend and will use again for sure.....
