Bought my gaming computer into by Mick before Christmas as it was just not loading on start up despite restoring and trying various things nothing was working. I wasnt sure if it was a hardware or software issue. Mick was great right from the start with his customer service. Once diagnosed the issue he let me know the details and spoke me though what had happened. Was then able to arrange collection at convenient time.
Upon collection he spoke to me about what to do if this happens again which was brilliant. Ended up being pesky widows updates that changed bios settings so luckily not hardware. Nearly a month later had to use those tips to be able to sort out another faulty update myself. Well worth the amount paid and would definitely recommend.

My gaming laptop stopped turning on because parts of the motherboard had fried due to overheating. I talked to Lenovo and they said a full motherboard replacement is the only option - and don't have service centres in the UK!
Mick identified the problem and sent me a very good price, then after I accepted the quote he repaired the motherboard, re-applied thermal paste and cleaned the exterior. The repair was a bit lengthy as the problem isn't easy to solve, but the price and service offered are exceptional.
I thought I was going to have to replace the entire laptop but Mick saved me from that. Recommended - I honestly didn't think it would be repairable or the price would be double what I was quoted. Very satisfied.

Mick really knows what he's doing. After my laptop's hard drive died, he managed to recover all my data and install a fast new SSD so that it's now working like a new computer. I now know that I should have acted on the signs of my slow drive earlier, when I could have got a clone made that would have included all my apps. So my advice to anyone reading this would be to seek Mick's advice earlier than I did, when things are starting to slow up on your computer.

Very good service. My elderly PC (running Win7) has been getting slower and slower for some time now. I now have a new solid state drive to replace the old HDD, with everything transferred onto the new one. A good cleanup and tuneup as well, so now I can't tell the difference. except that it now runs quieter, cooler and most importantly, much quicker! Thoroughly recommended!

Like many people I have been working from home since March and completely reliant on my laptop working well. On Thursday evening my laptop stopped connecting to the internet with both WiFi and ethernet and, bearing in mind I need to teach remotely next week, I was in panic! I emailed Mick Thursday evening, was told to drop it off to him on Friday and I had it back Saturday morning in perfect working order. Mick was completely up front about the cost, told me what needed to be done and gave me the choice to try it myself before doing the work and gave me some fantastic expert after care advice when I picked it up. One thing that stands out with Mick is that he was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and maintained contact with thorough details throughout the process and provided a realistic time frame for the return of my devices. I sent my phone in to replace the loose USB port, and my slow laptop which, unknowingly to me, was on the brink of death! Even though he had to order in the component, Mick was able to sort my phone out within a couple of days.
