My husband had spent hours trying to sort out an e-visa. Finally he went here for advice. They were absolutely brilliant. Within an hour they had filled in the on line forms, uploaded photographs, e mailed the embassy and enabled them to process his visa. The service was worth every penny of the 25. If he had employed an online agent to obtain his visa for him it would have cost 4x more. Fantastic helpful service!

We have used them a few times now and have always been pleased with the service and attention we receive. Tried their best to repair a broken laptop but would be too expensive due to parts not being available. Purchased a refurbished laptop from them and changed SSD drive, updated and installed all drivers as part of the deal. Have not used the replacement laptop yet but cannot beat their service. Very happy to recommend.

Had a problem with my computer fan making a lot of noise. I was due to leave on a flight within a few days and because of this, they were able to fix it the same day I took it in and I picked it up the following day. Amazing service and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Just dropped off my laptop for a screen repair and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the door. Just let them look it over and knew what was wrong immediately, so just swapped a few details and left it with them. Picked it up A week later and new screen fitted and the laptop is working fine. Very we done, I'll be back again if I need any more work like this done.

Went over board with help opening the shop on the day it closed so we could get our autistic sons laptop. Not many stores would be so helpful. Saving our son having a meltdown. Deserve a 10 star

Problem with faulty screen on laptop.
Got a guide price for repair.
Took laptop to shop at 9.30 a.m. and got a phone call at 10.40 a.m. to say it was repaired and ready for collection. Price charged was exactly as the estimate given.
Laptop now back to full use. If anyone can tell me about a better service than that, they are a better man than me.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I took my laptop to them, despite being apprehensive as it was nearing Christmas and I didn't really want to be without my new, second hand laptop. After trying to source the part that was required, the part supplied was the wrong one so after being unable to get the part from the maker of the laptop, MSI, they weren't able to so have done a repair on the laptop that I have to say, is awesome!

I've no doubt that if I'd have tried to repair it, I would have ended up causing more issues. I was nervous to open it, as the last time I did it, crack, but nope, it opened brilliantly (I opened it holding the part that was repaired just in case) and it feels really well supported and I'm really pleased with the work and it was worth every penny.

Fantastic service from these guys today. Would 100% recommend and will use again. Cheers again.

I love this shop because the man is extremely helpful and doesn't mind all my questions! I first started shopping there last summer and today have returned to buy a second laptop and second printer! They are always ready to assist and very fair with prices and offers. I definitely recommend it!

This shop has been an absolute nightmare to us. Our computer went there to be fixed , according to an expert who had to get involved , with an easy problem to fix . After we got our computer back , it has been nothing but a farce ... with the cd drawer not connected , a graphic card failing and finally a total crash and failure of the computer and £300 lighter off .

Of course , according to Partx , all just unfortunate events since they had our computer. They also sold us a virus protection , which got lost when they had wiped the whole system without backup available and could not be retrieved only days after buying it . We had to invest into another Expert who we owe our sanity to , to bring the system up and running again as it is our only business computer . It took him numerous days of arduous work to rectify the disaster caused by partx . Absolutely disgusting service , never again .

My son wanted his gaming computer to be made faster amongst other things the company that originally built it did such a bad job so took it in here had a complete overhaul the young lad Callum was brill so much patience nothing to much trouble to him as I have no knowledge of computers what so ever it was al my son wanted for Christmas the look on his face when he got his computer back was priceless would recommend this company over any one else first class service thank you

I have on several occasions had my computers serviced/repaired there. I have always found them to be friendly professional, helpful with quick response times. I have recommended them to friends in the past. I would add that i don't do recommendations unless i am satisfied.

Laptop stuck in repair loop. dropped it off with pc partX problem was diagnosed fast and their communication is fantastic was given several options. After decideing what i wanted to do i gave the go ahead for the repairs and was messaged the next day to say it was fixed and ready for collection. great job great price.

So prior to you going to the major high street department store go to the computer shop in Bramley near Rotherham you will also be surprised at their prices.

PC-Partx are the best computer company I've come across. Their efficient service experts in their field, and not extortionate with their new priceing. I feel happy to know I've got a good computer shop refer to.

After I fitted a new hard drive in my MacBook I was having problems installing the operating software.
Took it to PC-PartX and they weren’t sure what was wrong so they told me to leave it with them for 2-3 days.
2 hours later I received a call saying that it was all done and ready to pick up ! Better than new now ! Excellent , prompt & friendly service , many thanks !

The guys (and lady) at Pc-Partx Repairs have been beyond reproach. They were all extremely helpful and didn't make me feel stupid (being the technical dummy I am). There cleaning all my computers, reinstalling software, installing other software I need, installing protection etc and all within in a few days so not without my PC for long. They also mended my poorly iPad within an hour (and I thought it had died!!). I really cannot recommend them enough! Support your local businesses you WILL NOT be disappointed!
