A huge thank you to Ash for fixing my iMac. It has been acting up for some time and seemed to be getting worse with no clear reason. Ash confirmed a hard drive problem, despite Apple's own systems not posting any warnings. He then proposed a cost effective way to fix the problem using an external SSD drive rather than an expensive repair that involved losing my workhorse, while it was done. My iMac now has a new lease of life and feels fresh and quick again. "It just works."

Ash is not your normal IT guy. He goes the extra mile to ensure you that your computer is working at its best... even if it is a Microsoft update that has caused the problem. Would definitely recommend!!

Got introduced to Ash in 2017 and asked him to help me set up the complete ICT for my new company. He set up my emails, gave me web assistance, set up my computer programmes, my server - linked this to my laptop, phone etc so I can run my business from anywhere in the world.
