The whole team are professional, skilled and a pleasure to deal with. During our recent office move we had the pleasure of Charlie being with us for the day to get everything moved and setup. Went to Genmar for first time last week - daughter suggested it. I am probably the most least IT knowledgeable person ever - so not my thing - so not something I was looking forward to doing, but I was not made to feel 'embarrassed' by this. I was treated with great respect and in a friendly and courteous manner. And my laptop was sorted. Definitely go back again.

Was recommended Genmar when I was on the hunt for a new personal laptop or a fix for my old one. Being a complete technophobe I was worried I'd be confused but the guys took the time to help me understand what was wrong with my old system and then talk me through my requirements for a new one - even saving me money when I believed I needed to buy a popular brand of system when in fact, there was a freebie available to suit my needs.
Ended up choosing to purchase a refurbished laptop which they uploaded all the software I would need to and got a call this morning to say I could pick it up.
I'm now writing this review on it and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received so far and I am confident, should I need them, they will be on hand to assist again. Fabulous end to end service that I highly recommend. I even understand a bit more about computers now!!

Not being very computer savvy I found myself in a bit of a pickle when my laptop decided to die on me. I found Genmar through Google and gave them a ring. From the outset I found them to be very professional, friendly, informative and supportive. I also found their charges to be very reasonable. My laptop was returned to me good as new! Many thanks!!

We had been trying to buy a new laptop for the last year and after finding the large stores unhelpful a friend recommended Genmar. We visited last Saturday and were soon in the capable hands of the extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient Dean. What a star he proved to be! He soon found us the ideal new laptop and explained how if we took in our old one he would transfer everything onto the new one - this had been our greatest worry.
We went back late afternoon today after taking our old one in this morning and everything had been transferred with no problems. He then spent some time explaining everything about the new laptop to us and answered our many questions patiently - he is absolutely brilliant and we cannot thank him enough. We will certainly recommend Dean and Genmar to our friends and colleagues.
