I can't recommend this place enough. They fixed my macbook pro that had liquid damage and managed to bring it back to life for a very reasonable price. (Apple store said that It can't be fixed and I need to buy a new machine) CSD kept good communication with me and informed me for every single bit that needed to be changed or fixed over the phone.

Brought my 2017 Razer blade laptop in for repair as the trackpad buttons stopped working after I had to replace the old swollen battery. They were able to fix the buttons for a very fair price and in quick time. Would definitely recommend!

My HP laptop kept crashing and I took it to CSD Kingston. I was very impressed with the service I received. Windows was re-installed and the problem fixed. Returned to me in a few days for a fair price. Can thoroughly recommend them.

Brought my custom built PC here earlier in the year as it was turning off randomly - not only was it repaired within days, but they were very communicative and helped source a good psu within my budget as well as reorganised all the wires in my case so it wasn't spaghetti junction anymore. Haven't had a single issue since getting it back and has been running perfectly since. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

There is a good reason why this place gets such good reviews - the service and work is excellent! CSD repaired my Mac Book Pro and gave me very helpful and money saving guidance on my iPad 3. They explained the issues with both devices very clearly so that I could make some informed choices about how much to spend on each one. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend CSD.

I've used CSD a few times and I always get professional and helpful service. Most recently a portable hard drive of mine failed but fortunately the guys were able to recover my data and transfer it all to a new hard drive. Throughout the process there was good and very clear communication about the process, risks, costs and timing. What I eventually got more than met my expectations.

I would not hesitate to recommend them and they are my go to resource for IT problems. The negative comments below from some of CSD's more illiterate reviewers, are completely at odds with my own experience.

I have used their services twice and have been extremely pleased both times. The first time I brought them my dead laptop. I had dropped it and it wouldn't turn on. Mehdi was very friendly when I brought it in, discussed some of the options of how we could proceed and then took it for a few days for evaluation. The laptop was fried, but they let me know that the hard drive was still in tact at no charge.

That was great news! I stopped in a couple weeks later to have them transfer the information from my hard drive to my new computer. They were awesome and were able to do a same day turnaround for me which I really appreciated. They also transferred the information onto an external hard drive and wiped my old laptop. I was happy to pay them. They were really terrific, very professional, accommodating and nice!

CSD did an excellent job repairing my 2011 MacBook Pro. The Apple genius bar had written off my beloved old machine as beyond repair. BUT, CSD came to my rescue and saved my machine from the scrap heap. Excellent and helpful service from Mac experts. Highly recommended.

Insistent Windows 10 updates eventually killed my PC; it would not boot up. So I took it to CSD in East Sheen and, within a matter of a few days, they had recovered all my data, updated Windows 10 and made my PC fully functional once again. It's extremely tedious having major computer problems, but CSD made the recovery process as pleasant as possible, initially fully detailing the file structure I would find on completion along with a very clear cost breakdown.

During recovery, CSD kept me fully informed of progress and, on collection, time was taken to power-up the PC to confirm full functionality had truly been restored. They're an excellent team.

I have been using CSD Sheen Mac and PC Computer Repairs Data Recovery for 3 or 4 years. They offer a good and timely service both when in the shop and in my house. They are excellent at telling you how much the particular service is going to cost. Dragos and his colleagues are very patient with me about my poor IT skills and knowledge. It is comforting to know the service is there. The business deserves to flourish.

Having spent several hours trying to sort Outlook Calendars last year I called in an expert. Dragos came and sorted it within an hour along with lots of other little fixes and clean ups. He was so helpful I asked for him again this year to run a general Health Check. He was brilliant and really patient with me providing Cloud advice, back up, clean up etc.

He also phoned Virgin Media for me and got my Broadband Speed improved without all the usual fuss. I work from home using my own equipment and will be using CSD on an annual basis to keep things in check. Highly recommended.

Prompt, transparent and fairly priced - power issue with my iMac was diagnosed and replaced very quickly.

My family and my company have used CSD-Kingston for all our computing support. Laptops, desk tops and Macs have all been quickly and professionally upgraded, lost data recovered (yes, the inevitable crash before any back-up done) and where possible all restored to working order. Throughout this time the work to be carried out is thoroughly explained and (in my case - simply) with any further issues arising advised by email or text before carrying on.

The customer care and understanding of expert technical support is second to none. Furthermore, computer peripheries and accessories are also available to purchase. CSD also offer unbiased advise and opinion on the numerous computing platforms available. And definitely NO hard sell. There is nearby parking which helps with carrying equipment, and means no tiresome treks and parking difficulties into Kingston. We shall continue to use CSD for the future and have no hesitation in recommending them for any of your own computing requirements or problems.

My MacBook's keyboard was seriously broken, advise was excellent and once I confirmed I would have it changed, it took very little time from the moment he ordered the part to the replacement which was only one day, brilliant. CSD successfully repaired my defective laptop. They were friendly and professional throughout, charges were made clear prior to any work, and seemed very fair. I was kept fully updated during this work and have no reservations in fully recommending CSD.

CSD did an excellent job on my computer which was running so slow it was unworkable. For a very cost effective price a new hard disc was put in and now it runs 10 times faster.. One very happy customer.
