What areas do you cover for on-site repairs?
We serve Bath, Bristol, and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. Additional mileage charges apply for locations further afield.
Do you offer emergency repair services?
While we prioritise urgent cases affecting business operations, we don't provide 24/7 emergency services. Remote assistance may be available outside office hours.
Can you recover data from failed hard drives?
Yes, we recover data from mechanical and solid-state drives using professional tools. Success depends on the extent of physical or logical damage present.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards for all services including repairs, support contracts, and equipment purchases.

TLDR: charged me after saying nothing was wrong, I fixed the fairly simple issue myself after, also removed cpu cooler without replacing thermal paste. Amateurs, they will not help you in the slightest and I don't recommend at all I was having issues with my booting so I went in to have it looked at, they said nothing is wrong(tested for less than one day), charged me 40 and nothing was changed, still having issues with it and I decide to message back. but I get ignored and don't get a response.
I then find a workaround far about a month until I've had enough. I spend a day troubleshooting myself and realise it was a dead cmos battery, as soon as I fixed that it was working as it should again. Oh, also when taking apart my pc they didn't replace any thermal paste, so after using it for a while and noticing high temps. I take it apart and have to reapply my own

A Miracle Cure for my Mac - Mark was a lifesaver for my AppleMac which I use for my business. He recommended boosting the RAM and HD to a SSD. This has resulted in much quicker photo editing that I need for my work. Mark has an amazing knowledge and has carried out 2 fantastic repairs to my work computers to keep them running faultlessly.

Excellent service from initial contact to setting up the Dell Inspiron 3505 and installing a couple of powerline adaptors which enable the router to be relocated upstairs, much to my wife's delight. Andy was friendly, helpful, patient, unhurried, professional and very efficient. I highly recommend Cosmic Computers for any computer related task.

Mark and his colleague took my student daughter's heavily used and abused laptop in for hardware repairs. They went out of their way to fit the job in and turn it round in extra quick time so she could carry on using with minimal interruption. Both delighted and relieved that laptop is in better shape for start of new student term. Good quick work reasonably priced, recommended.

Fast turnaround, and delivered a fix that stuck! At the beginning of this year my Laptop (which I use to work from home) started making a huge racket, the fan needed replacing. So I sent it off to be repaired by the manufacturer. I got it back 2 months later with a bill of over 100. Not six months later it started making the same noise. Instead of sending it away for another few months I looked for another option.
I got in touch with Cosmic Computers, and they quickly diagnosed the issue (it turns out the original repairs didn't even replace the fan, so I'm not sure what the bill was for), the only wait I had was for the new part to arrive, and then it was quickly resolved. Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. I can't recommend enough. If you're deciding where to go for repairs, this is a great and reliable option, even if you are under warranty elsewhere. Its been a couple of months since I got my repairs and it is still working like a dream. Thanks again, and sorry this review is so late!

When my laptop got damaged just before lockdown, I feared the worst. Especially in times like these, my laptop is absolutely essential for work. with this in mind, Mark (Cosmic Computers) took a look at the Macbook instantly for me, fixed it and had it ready to collect within a matter of days. Due to Mark's expertise, the laptop was much faster and. in better shape than even before it got damaged. He went above and beyond, and I can't thank/reccomend him enough! So comforting to know there's someone close by who is trustworthy, good at their job and not looking to rip you off.
