Spectacular support from start to finish. Blank computer screen marked the end of my mid 2010 27 apple i7 with a diagnostic revealing a few issues. Offered a more up to date replacement and at a very reasonable price - didn't refuse. The replacement loaded up with all info from the old one and has proved to be outstanding. Realised that the old computer was definitely at the end of its days. This company are superb with great support and understanding of computer issues. Problems solved. I service my car every year but didn't think about servicing the computer!

Absolutely fantastic computer repair business. When most other businesses of this type either have no time for you, close early or cant wait to close and get out this business welcomes you with open arms, its open an hour and a half longer than most others and even longer if with a customer or has a lot of work on. That's a brilliant work ethic and one that deserves good custom. This place not only spent time looking into my problem and advising me that ribbons on a circuit board were corroded but he tried to come up with a solution.
I also had a new battery holder that was defective and he added wires to it to make it work right there and then. Honestly I would recommend this place to anyone. I certainly won't be going anywhere else in future and as for the other pc repair places in the southport area I tried well lets just say thanks for nothing and I dont appreciate being told lies like you're a second hand car salesman. Rapid PC Repair Ltd is second to none

I took my 2016 MacBook in which required a new battery and later to me knowledge a new keyboard, rapid pc repair got it sorted within 2 days and at half the price Apple had quoted me for the same work! Can't recommend enough!

Rob rebuilt my gaming pc late last year into new case with new GPU, fully cable managed and RGB fans plus controller and new Windows installation, superb job. Now I bought a third monitor and Rob once again has done a superb job, mounting all my monitors on gas struts and cable managing the whole setup, super neat and tidy, really couldn't ask for more! I don't let anyone else mess with my PC setup now!

My 6-year old conventional laptop upgraded! Just wow. Thanks to the hands of Robert as he upgraded, cleaned and put a RAM and SSD in it. My laptop has never been better since i bought it 6years back and it is just good as new. Very impressive!

Really left down by the level of service from Rob at PC Rapid Repair. Purchased a new PC last year from him & all seemed ok. Happy with the service provided on that occasion. This time spent nearly 2 weeeks chasing him & trying to get the problem sorted, he then said he would visit Sunday at 1pm, but didn't show up - apparently lost his keys! Will now use another company, as would not use this company again.

Living in Suffolk, I needed somebody to install broadband and set up an iPad for my 85 year old mother in Southport. The guy was extremely helpful, installed the broadband, gave my mother a crash familiarity course on using the iPad and all for less than a quarter of what BT would have cost for just installing the broadband. He even set up and contacted me using Skype which is the main purpose of getting both broadband and iPad. It afforded me the opportunity to thank him "face-to-face" for an excellent service.

Had a major problem with my computer (Corrupted Operating System). Arrived here at the end of the day Sunday and got it back Monday afternoon working better than ever, fixed, cleaned, upgraded to Windows 10 and a new Hard drive. Helped me out massively.
