I recently dropped my phone in a bucket of water a d didn't realise for 45 minutes. The phone was obviously damaged internally affecting the screen and audio capabilities. Considering the mobile is my primary source of work contact as I am a tradesman its vital I have it up and running. I took the phone to phone shop uk and explained what had happened.

They were incredibly helpful and honest, said he would try to fix it. A couple of hours later he phoned me up and it was fixed. This included replacement parts for a very reasonable price. Thanks again for all your help. Would highly recommend for all your mobile and tablet repairs. 5 star service. Just a to note. Dont bother with the bag of rice trick. It doesn't do anything and taking it in asap is your best option.

Husband's phone had developed a problem so while he could hear callers, they couldn't hear him. I thought he would probably have to replace it, however this expert took one look, said the microphone had a lot of dirt in it, cleaned it with a toothbrush and then showed me how to fix it if it happened again. And he didn't charge anything! What a star. Will definitely go there for any future mobile needs.

Highly recommended, first time I have used them as recommended by my partner and tell you what these guys are honest, friendly, helpful and fair. Took phone in saying wouldnt charge and also cracked screen then left it with them and on my return I was told the battery was fine and the charging port was just blocked up. They cleaned that out and changed the screen and all works fine again, could of easily changed the battery and charged for that too but they did not. 100% Genuine and helpful, deffo use them again A+ from me

Absolutely disgusted! Had a brand new iPhone 7 from Apple which the screen was broken as I had dropped it. Other than that was in completely good order I dropped after 2 weeks of having the new phone. My aunty took my phone to this store to replace the screen and when she went to collect the phone she was informed by the man behind the counter that the home button wasn't working.

She had asked why it wouldn't work to which the sales assistant claimed to not know why or take any ownership of the fact that they had damaged the phone further. She had told him that it was working prior to taking it to the store but the assistant said that he didn't know if that was true. The original broken screen was put on and no resolution for now!

It's an absolute joke. Was advised by the sales assistant that the phone may need to be taken to apple to deal with. So basically I am now left further out of pocket due to not only needing a new screen but also needing a resolution to the now broken button which they don't seem to be able to fix. I would highly advise not taking your phone to be repaired at this store!

And if you do maybe record some evidence of the working order of your phone before taking it in to the store so you have something to fall back on. Merry Flipping Christmas! Fuming!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I took my iPhone 8 Plus to have the screen replaced with genuine Apple screen. With in the hour the job was finished and ready to pick up. The staff also discounted the purchase of a new phone cover and screen protector. All in all great service at a great price.

Emailed regarding a repair. Received an automated response stating they had received my enquiry. Over a week later they haven't bothered to reply with a quote. Obviously the don't want / need my business.

Got my iPhone 3g unlocked today, they updated it to the latest software and also did a 'jail break' and now I can get all the apps for free! I just downloaded TomTom and it's working fine and not cost me a penny. As an added bonus while I was waiting for my phone I noticed they also sell R4 cards for the Nintendo DS, so got a couple for the kids to keep them quiet so I can try all the new apps on my iPhone.

I went to this shop today to have my apple iPhone 3G unlocked, the service was fantastic and they fully upgraded, jail broke and unlocked my phone in next to no time and all for only 20! other shops in nottingham i had rang said it could not be unlocked but they were all wrong, phoneshopuk did in no problem. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a phone unlocked.

Fantastically good shop! Have had number of phones and tablets fixed here over the years, with 3 clumsy kids we are often in need of new screens and they always want them done yesterday. The guys at the shop have always been really good and got everything fixed as fast as they can for me.
