Wow what a fantastic service. My laptop suddenly stopped working when in the middle of completing and important assignment. I called another local company first who said by what I described, it seems like a motherboard failure and it would be 3 days before they could look at my laptop. After speaking to Solid Rock IT, an engineer arrived at my house within 90mins and resolved my computer problems within an 1 hour plus there rates were very competitive.

Mark was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly. I would recommend his service to anyone needing computer support. In future, if I occur any other problems, Solid Rock IT will be the only company I will call. Definitely use this service

Excellent experience all round! Got an immediate (and very reasonable) quote for a battery replacement when I called initially, and they offer in-home services so you don't have to bring your laptop out and leave it in a shop for a couple of days. The engineer was running late but made sure to keep me notified about his ETA, and once he arrived the entire process was speedy and professional - took about half an hour and I'm already back on my laptop. He even gave me pointers for how to care for a new battery :) Thank you!

I continue to be very pleased with this company. An excellent website leads to rapid response - in my case in my home office. The engineer who was a really pleasant guy worked hard to sort out my machine. What really was good was the way he talked me through what he was doing and explain how to avoid doing what I had done in the first. I will continue to use them and recommend others to do others.

I found the adviser approachable, understanding of my difficulties, very skilled and the service reasonably priced. I had some complex issues as I moved from Microsoft to Apple and he was able to retrieve all my old data. He was also willing to help over the telephone and arranged to come as soon as possible. That the service is offered in one's home makes it very convenient.

I called Solid Rock IT and got Mark on the phone. We had a chat to determine what the problem might have been and he came over to my place within 3 hours, at the exact time he told me he would have. We spent 1.5 hours together working on my laptop. Mark has identified the possible causes of the problem and fixed it. He also followed up on the appointment, to check how the machine was working. I am very happy of the service provided. I would definitively recommend it!

I had a tablet with a cracked screen and was so impressed to have the screen fixed and technical issues resolved all on the same day. I had problems with a mac book pro and a mac book air - one was old and one was running out of memory (storage). Mark cleaned them with antivirus software and helped us delete old unnecessary files. We built the 2011 mac book pro into a multimedia machine for movies, videos, music, photos, and cleaned up the air to free up half the storage. Mark came to our house for the services so we were also able to tap him for a dozen "how tos" on our macs. Very happy with the personalized service!
