I can't remember when I last encountered such prompt and expert support. Within a day Andrew from Bongo IT arrived at my office, assessed the problems that I was encountering, provided clear advice on the solutions and returned to his own office to resolve them. 6 months ago a contractor who worked at my family business attempted to steal it from me. By the time we caught him out and involved the police he had stolen our domain name, google review account authority, controlled a website in my business name and was passing himself off online as the business owner. This had a devastating effect on my customer retention and the ability for prospective customers to even find my phone number.

Without the superb help i received from Justin and Andrew at Bongoit, I would not have been able to regain ownership of my businesses online presence. From the design which is up-to-date and eye-catching, to the functionality, which has dramatically reduced the admin time needed to manage the Clubs membership. I was impressed with the technical knowledge of all members of the team, and also the standard of customer service they were always quick to respond, and happy to make changes and continue developing the site far beyond the initial brief.

In particular, the launch of the website went very smoothly and I felt reassured at all stages that they would manage the technical aspects of the changeover successfully. Overall BongoIT were a pleasure to work with creative, knowledgeable, and very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them to any organisation looking to develop a new website.

The main area I was concerned about was e-mail, calendar and contacts this was migrated without a hitch in both cases we had about day to 1 day down time but this was mainly Microsoft updating some protocols in the middle rather than Bongos fault. In the process bongo IT have been excellent Justin did both ours (companies) and his support was great any issue that arose he dealt with them asap.

Bongo IT assessed our system requirements, fully researched packages (given the time limit), explained the advantages and disadvantages (in detail) of each and were fully open in our meetings.
