Weve dealt with Graham about three times now, and each time weve had fantastic service. He is so courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Whether he fixes the problem on site or takes the computer away you can be confident the problem will be fixed, passwords sorted and everything good to go as soon as possible. Very nervous of the quality of service out there today but was delighted with the overall service received from Graham. Prompt, efficient, helpful, did not pressure for extra work that might not be needed, very good communication, my computer came back within 36 hours and working great. The cost seemed very fair to me. I do however have lots of experience in attitudes and I appreciated very much his polite and helpful manner.
