Excellent service - I can't praise Steve Maz and the team enough for the help they've given me. They were patient and understanding, knowledgeable and efficient. Steve has an amazing amount of knowledge, completely trustworthy, honest & simplifies everything for you so you understand (if your not computer tech savy) From buying my first netbook from here, encrypting videos into the correct files to be transferred, or fixing my phone screen, all these services have been 100% - thanks again Steve x

They solved an issue that i'd been having on and off for months. It turned out to be a simple issue, but they still spent time to check windows 10 for bugs on my PC etc, and it was all free of charge. Big respect to these guys!

Great service, honest and reliable staff. I've used them twice for two different devices. I dropped off my iPad in the evening and it was ready for collection the morning after. They couldn't fix my iPhone, so they talked to me through my options and didn't charge me. Highly recommended.

I used these tech guys years ago and was very impressed with their no --nonsense openness & trustworthiness. So after my laptop packed up recently the choice of fixer was a no-brainer. I called at the shop, got a friendly welcome, a quote for parts & service and a provisional wait time of 2-3 days. Two days later Tony called to say the fault (replacement port) was remedied and laptop was ready. It's now working good as new. Very knowledgeable, fair and efficient team. SO reassuring knowing they're there if needed. Can't praise them enough.

Called in this morning to see if I could buy some bottom cover screws for Lenovo laptop. What a friendly helpful bunch of people. I was greeted by the lovely Joanne and Tony sorted me out more than a handful of screws 'gratis' I did offer to pay but he would not take any money. If only all businesses were run like this. Would I return? Yes, with a blink of an eye. Thank you.

I have used Steve Maz and latterly his team to provide and support my IT services for my small business since February 2008 when he provided my first computer. He and his team have always responded promptly to any issue I have encountered, usually because of malware infecting my equipment, occasionally from hardware failures, and more recently from Microsoft activities and have always enabled me to be up and running again within a few hours, if not minutes.
This is very important to me as I work from home and do not have any reserve facilities to turn to. Now they are predicting problems and fixing them before they have any drastic effect. The ability for them to access my computer remotely to fix most problems is immeasurable.

Many thanks to Steve Maz for his help in a real emergency. My Scalextric Challenge is one of many attractions at this year's Christmas Market event at St Mary's Church (10am-2pm Sat 24 Nov - Moss Lane, Sale). When one Porsche 911's developed an electrical problem whilst testing this year's track, the only place I could think of locally that might have a soldering iron and the requisite skills was PC Express. So, I walked in earlier today half expecting a negative response. However, Steve had no hesitation in offering to help and what a great job he did.

Took PC in for repair but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. But there was no charge so you can't say fairer than that.
Whilst waiting to pick up the broken PC we loked at the 10 or so refurbished laptops in the shop. One fitted the bill perfectly but had no price tag and instead had a sticker saying "Battery". On checking, the chap in the store thought the battery problem had been resolved and quoted a reasonable price with 3 months' warranty which we accepted. However, the battery didn't hold its charge. On returning, there was no quibbling. A new battery was sent off for and arrived within a couple of days. Service was excellent and all staff were extremely courteous and polite.

Really nice, friendly staff. I have had my laptop and phone repaired at PC express and found the guys there to be knowledgeable and efficient. nothing is too much trouble. I will definately use them again if I have any problems in the future.

These guys went way beyond the call to sort a failed keyboard on my MacBook Pro. They went back and forth several times trying different keyboards and managed to get it fixed for a very reasonable price. Thanks very much. Highly recommended.

Totally trustworthy, dealt with them for a long period of time. Had a dip in service when they had a French guy working with them who I believe went off to form other businesses funded in part by PC Express and failed to pay back loans. Bit of nasty business there. Always had total confidence in Steve and staff to do the job. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Got my netbook back this morning, actually it arrived yesterday but had to go to a meeting so was out when the delivery came. Just want to say I am absolutely delighted. Its as good as new. I also want to say I found you very professional to deal with. Your customer service and attention was second to none, and I would not hesitate to recommend your company. I don't want to break my computer again (or my new ipad when I get it in July,) but I would like to use your company again in the future. Nowadays, companies are flippant about returning calls, answering questions, responding to concerns.
