I suffered a catastrophic operating system failure on the morning before a Bank Holiday weekend and was going away for a fortnight immediately afterwards. Chris offered to see what he could do that afternoon and even worked past his usual finishing time to do a repair. While not totally fixed he got the machine operational and functioning to enable me to use it by that evening and says he will complete the repair when I return from holiday.
Excellent work and so helpful and a very fair price. I would have been in real difficulties had Chris not managed to get things operational again. Update: On my return from holiday I contacted Chris and arranged to take my laptop back to complete the repairs. While the rectification of the fault proved challenging my laptop was returned fully functioning and I was very satisfied with the speedy, friendly and professional help Chris provided. The cost was also very fair considering the work involved restoring the laptop to a fully functioning state. Highly recommended!
