Thank you to Chris at OneTouchIT for once again saving the day - this time when our business server died and we were unable to access vital information.
Chris diagnosed the issue and supplied a replacement server he was able to retrieve some of the data and arranged for the missing data to be recovered which was a huge relief. Thank you again Chris - you are always very patient with us technophobes

My laptop was broken for ages, when you switched it on the screen was blank. I gave it to all my IT geek friends and no one could work out what was wrong with it. I took it into one touch and they fixed it and sorted it out immediately. The whole process was stress free! I wouldnt hesitate to use one touch services again.

Alex and Chris were both very helpful and efficient in fixing my laptop. Firstly I heard back from them very soon after my message enquiry, then after taking it in they discussed the potential issues before taking just a few days to fix it. In the meantime Alex was good at keeping me updated of the progress throughout. I was very happy with the overall service and would certainly recommend!

Came to one touch services when my laptop's hard drive decided to fail. Alex was really helpful and explained everything that was wrong and that needed doing. A really quick service as got my laptop back the next day with a better and faster hard drive and a really good and reasonable price too. Really happy with my laptop which is basically good as new! Thanks!!!

Came within a couple of hours and sorted out my internet. Installed a new router and cleaned out my pc.

My computer was 'clumsy' and a bit awkward for me! I took it in, they told me how much it would cost, they fixed it same day. And was only too happy to talk me through some stuff on the phone the next day as part of the service. Down to earth and straightforward!

Always helpful & very knowledgeable, they managed to identify the problems which slowed down my laptop quickly & sort them out. They suggest cleaning the fan and other components inside which has been collecting dust for 6 years, after showing me pictures of what it looked like and explaining why it's so important. They're really friendly guys, I dropped my laptop in the morning and collected later that afternoon all with a reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again.

Truly excellent service. My laptop had a faulty hard drive, and they replaced the hard drive and got all my data off it, and did so way faster than quoted. very friendly & helpful guy who knew his stuff, he suggested a faster ssd drive so now my laptop is running so much faster than it did before
