He has fantastic knowledge of both hardware and software, and even codes his own software and programs. I now use him for all my Business requirements from building/ upgrading PC's, repairs, maintenance, and support. I would recommend anyone who needs any advice regarding anything to do with computers to contact William.

We have been fortunate enough to find WHCLS for advice & assistance with both our computer hardware and telephone system. Having previously been tied-in to an onerous and very expensive telephone contract, WHCLS advised us regarding replacing the whole system with a Voiphone configuration which has proved not only more usable, but vastly more economical. Wish we had known about this five years ago!

Had a sick windows 8 laptop that would not start up. Despite all the automatic dagnostics and trying a reset, it was just going round in a loop. Took it to WHCLS on Monday, had it back on Tuesday all up and running. Any pc problems in future, I'll know who to contact.
