Contacted them yesterday to get a quote on fixing my laptop and within less than a day did I not only get a quote but my laptop fixed within thirty minutes of me arriving. I was truly expecting a longer waiting time as that's usually how it is at other places but not this place. I was astonished as to how quick everything was done and how efficiently too. I'm glad this place exists and I'm going to be recommending this place to my friends for sure. I'd defo recommend this service. 10 stars out of 5.

I was trying to fix my iMac for about 2 days. Somehow I ended up with my mouse not responding and my screen grey, no folders, no icons, nothing. And after 2 nights with no sleep, I decided to find a technician in my area. Luckily I found this shop on Google Maps and I decide to ring them. We arranged to bring my iMac at 11am the same morning. I left it there and went for a coffee and walk.
The guy, I don't remember his name, sorry :-, called me in 45 minutes and said that my computer is fixed and I can take it. I felt so happy! I asked him if he can add extra 4 GB RAM to my iMac, and in another 15 minutes it was done. I get my computer fixed, with the extra 4 GB RAM, I had my coffee and my walk just in 1 hour! I highly recommend them!

I got myself into all sorts of issues trying to fit a new laptop screen myself, including losing some of the mounting screws and ending up with 3 screens that didn't seem to work. Explained the problem over the phone and they said I could bring my laptop over straight away. Within 5 minutes he'd fixed it and sent me on my way. No fuss no delay! Very pleased :
